Ordered through the app. Got there food wasn’t even started, we waited for 30 minutes for our food. Just to come out cold and not even all of it. Had to go in and get the rest of our food. Had to wait some more. For cold food. When it was supposed to be hot being supposedly just made. When I walked in to get the missed items I was ignored at counter for a few minutes too. Lousy service, cold food, long wait times, and just not a good experience at all.

Twice I was ignored ordering to dine-in… No one else just me and drive-thru. The employee completely ignored me for over 5 minutes starring at an empty warm serving bin waiting for food assembly for the drive-thru orders…not even a hello. I left. The second try I was immediately greeted but then ignored as the employee starred at the empty warm serving bin AGAIN! As I waited I watched This person fill a fry basket to the top and set in fryer to cook. Very overloaded! and finally after 5 or more minutes my order was taken. My food came maybe 8 minutes later. I ordered the whopper jr (patty was super small way smaller than I ever remember it being, dont know if a fluke or shrink-flation) chicken fries were fresh and tasty, the fries were undercooked! I couldnt even eat them! Raw in the middle! Seriously?!!! I will try one more time via the app. I sent a complaint and though they have nothing to do with the local restaurant they issued me a coupon to use for my next order. Not holding my breath.

This Burger King located conveniently just off of highway 41 in Marquette, Michigan is a very good Burger King. The employees are very friendly and they really do a good job. This restaurant is always really clean and smells good. Our food is always served correctly as ordered. They have plenty of parking. And now the drive through is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will eat here again.

Tables are dirty / the service was slow
It’s like everyone disappeared. People are waiting at front counter! Drive thru gets all the attention! Us in dining room don’t get any attention!! Kid that waited on us was in the bathroom way too long. When they leave front counter someone should cover for him. I understand drive thru needs to keep moving too. I ended up getting my money back. Manager needs to kick them into gear!

Not long ago, this Burger King seemed to be struggling. Struggling getting employees and things weren’t up to par.
Today they were 100% turned around service was excellent. I’ve not seen a fast food restaurant this clean both the dining area and bathroom. And the whopper tasted like it did back in the 70s. It was excellent. I was extremely happy with everything there and I plan to go back again soon

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Waiting in the drive thru for thirty minutes for a PICK UP ORDER with no response. When we finally went in the food wasn’t even ready yet and we had to wait another thirty minutes in the restaurant. The workers couldn’t care less, shambling about aimlessly, making food without gloves and leaving it under the heat lamp for god knows how long. None of them had hairnets or even their hair tied back. Absolutely terrible, wish I could give it a 0/5 stars, never going here again.

Worst burger king ever… they don’t apply their own deals unless you specifically ask for them so basically they said oh too bad you didnt ask.. which any other burger king I’ve been to they know their deals and apply them for you when you are ordering and have once before had been given a refund after realizing and being mentioned?! But not this burger king, they all just stood around dumbfounded and said “It was already charged, there is nothing we can do now.” And walked away… Ever heard of a REFUND, helloooo?? Must have been to complicated for them to handle I guess. ♀️

This gets my vote for WORST BK EVER. I mean, SOMEONE at the store has to understand the concept of “fast food”. SOMEONE has to be in charge. SOMEONE has to know what’s going on. But say, next time I want a cheeseburger on a plain dried bun – I know where to go …and Hey, I didn’t really want those fries I ordered anyway.
They should just close the doors, but I can’t imagine what else those 6 kids are qualified to do.

I can’t speak on the quality of the food or the cleanliness of this particular BK restaurant because for whatever reason they lock the lobby up tight at 6pm, and then close the drive thru just an hour later at 7pm. How insane. If you are that understaffed raise the starting wage and improve the benefits you offer. Simple.

Just an awful place altogether the foods awful the staff try but not hard enough there was one woman named jeanna very rude and indignant when spoken too. Another tall gangly kid with black hair made a comment on my girlfriends chest when I tried to inform the manager she waved it off and went back to work. It took 26 minutes for my two burgers (i timed it) & with only 1 person ahead of me. The person running this place shoupd be ashamed its despicipal how its even opperational. I could never imagine a place that was so great a few months ago could devolve in such a way. I plea with anyone reading this to never come near this place.
