A very nice dining experience. The tea-smoked baby carrots were an intriguing appetizer we shared and a nice start. I had the beef tenderloin with potatoes and grilled asparagus. My partner had the elk tenderloin- i had a taste and it was extremely good. The farro / broccolini accompanied it and was a nice change from more familiar sides. Shared the chocolate mousse and a glass of port each. Carol , our server, provided friendly, seamless service. A meal to be remembered.

Andrew was our server and did an excellent job. He and his wait staff were always nearby filling up our water glasses. The lamb first course was delicious as was the tuna tartare. That had a pyramid of tuna with crunchy seaweed crisps, cucumber and ginger. Absolutely delish!
My sons shared the incredible bison tomahawk steak and my husband had the elk. My daughter and I split the amazing Caesar salad for the second course and we both finished with the cod on parmasean risotto with carrots and strips of snap peas! Yum!! Highly recommend!

Accommodated me two nights without a reservation when the restaurant was otherwise full. Outstanding employees – very pleasant and happy to chat while I sat at the bar and ate. Prices are typical Park City, but the food was excellent and they opened a half-hour earlier than most other Main Street restaurants. Highly recommended.

The food was good and creative, but plating and textures were lacking, leaving several of the dishes giving palate fatigue. Our service was attentive by book standards but several servers seemed confused, and were not going out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. Notibly we had put down a birthday in our reservation notes, which was not addressed at all, which is not required, but if it is asked, it should be expected. The dessert menu was incredibly lacking in creativity and execusion. While it was an enjoyable meal, and nothing was wrong, one could say nothing was inviting us to return.

This place is not cheap, but the food is totally worth it. I got the cesar salad as well as the Elk. (Elk was great. I’ve had it in New Mexico, but it’s just not served in Boston.) The drinks are pretty good. Wine is wine.

We had our last meal in Utah here. Food was great. Sangria poached apples and the spaghetti squash appetizer was fantastic. Trout and salmon were dry, but the Singapore rice noodles were really yummy. Recommend the creme brulee and the mousse for dessert.

Great food, great atmosphere and excellent service.
I would, definitely, recommend this place.
Great cocktails, amazing presentation.
Food was 10/10. We ordered local trout and elk.
Kid got kid’s steak.
Every one left happy and full.
This place even has dessert chef!

My coworkers and I had a great meal here. We all decided to order the special, Hangar steak. Omg those zucchini and the steak with the sauce….delightful.
The bread they serve is soft and pillowy. If I am ever in Park City, we will return.

Heads up! Make sure you make a reservation at any restaurant’s in Main Street. Luckily one of cousin’s made the reservation and we didn’t have to wait. They separated our group in tables of 5. Yes we were a big group!
We started off with a Tempranillo Wine – Dominio de Pingus PSI 2019. If you’re into Spanish Wine; must try! Very very smooth.
For appetizers we had :
• Crispy Cauliflower with Preserved Lemon; very crispy and the side hummus was flavorful.
• Tuna Tartare was okay; nothing special to it.
• Charred Octopus was okay; nothing special and the salad at the bottom gave a weird taste to it. Does not match with flavor.
• Crispy Pork Belly Confit was very yummy!
For Soup we had :
• Creamy Smoked Trout Chowder was super good but for a chowder it was a little watery. Consistency for a chowder must be on a thick note.
For the entrée we had :
• Wild Halibut was yummy but overcooked so it was on the dry side. Loved the combination of their butternut squash and their Parmesan risotto.
For dessert we had :
• Chocolate layered mousse with Vanilla Cake which was way too dry. Mousse wasn’t a great deal of flavor. Do not order.
• Creme Brûlée was very good!
Unfortunately upon arrival I had to ask the waitress and manager to please switch us to another table as the booth itself smelled like vomit. Very unpleasant experience.
