Nice little atmosphere attached to a gas station, their English is not the best. But their flavors are authentic! I tried 3 corn tacos. Chorizo – nice heat and very mashed texture. Steak – classic and good with their Verde sauce. Buche – their board translates this to ‘Pork Belly ‘ but when I asked they said it was beef, pretty confident after trying that it is beef intestines. I enjoyed it, soft and tender and a bit like liver (great with their spicier red sauce).

Good quality food, usually pretty fast and always freshly made. Definitely a good spot for a quick bite to eat and the prices were great too

Called in an order, the lady repeated EXACTLY what we ordered correctly, told us it would be around $14. Got to the restaurant to pick up our meal, it wasn’t what we ordered and they were now charging us $16 almost $17 for “extra meat” WE DID NOT ORDER. We asked for it to be remade correctly and she wanted us to pay again and argued. Nora was very rude and blamed us for the order being wrong. She then tried to tell us how to order when we’ve been consistent customers for years with no issues. We will not be back until she’s gone.

This place is okay but service and food could be better. I ordered a steak torta and it was served with rotten avocado. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just tell a customer they’re out of avocado rather than serving bad??? Check your food!

Nora is incredibly disrespectful, arguing over her making a mistake on my order, when she repeated it over the phone. The portion sizes have decreased, and it doesn’t feel clean. Id highly recommend Cozumel off of fairfield, its worth the drive to not deal with Noras disrespect and attitude. She also charged more than what she said on the phone, so i got a refund and the company lost a plate.
