NOW this is what you call butter chicken! Authentic, full of spices. Make sure to order the garlic naan on the side. It’s FRESH And delicious, you will not be disappointed.
Friendly staff and great service. We ordered on DoorDash for pickup since we were close by. But the weather was cold and it was raining. We asked if we can eat in and they were so accommodating and sweet.
They sat us down and gave us utensils and water just like a regular customer. Which was more than we expected since we already ordered for pickup.
I’ll definitely come back here and dine in next time and would refer my friends or family.
I eat ALOT of butter chicken from around Canada and USA. Also from my Indian friends grandmothers and mothers and I can guarantee this is authentic as it gets! it has so much flavors. Get the medium spicy, we got spicy before and it’s spicyyyy. (Unless u love that spicy burning tongue feel) medium spicy is perfect with that hint of flare.
Price is great for how much they give!
Interior is beautiful and love the authentic music 🙂
Fortunately found the sharp piece, imagine how harmful it had been if my kid ate it.
This is just unacceptable service and food prep or packaging – this is almost injuring or killing people.
Attached a photo – see the sharp small object that I placed next to dal makhani on top black background.
While I liked the chicken saag here, I didn’t think that the dish stood out well. Perhaps it could be because I’m so used to eating fried tofu dishes with Spanish in them. Ah well…
As for the chicken vindaloo, it was a bit spicy for me so next time, I’d pair it with raita. I know, I’m that big of a baby when it comes to spicy food, ha ha!
As for the garlic naan, it definitely was a 10 out of a 10. I loved that it had the right amount of garlic in it and it was soft on the outside and inside with some crisp on the bottom.
The rice meanwhile tasted good. It’s rice, after all. It’s nice and fluffy, which is great for curry dishes.
As for the mango lassi, I felt that it could use some cardamom, but that’s me.
All in all, though Tandoori Nights didn’t stand out too much for me, I still liked what I ordered. So if you and your friends are craving Indian food late at night, then give Tandoori Nights a go. I honestly went because a friend of mine was upset and he suggested that we go out to eat Indian food in Kentlands.
As an Indian who craves authentic north Indian food, I know of better places that are more value for money.
