Best Jimmy John’s experience! The staff was all extremely attentive and kind. The staff worked very well together which definitely makes a difference! The dining area was very clean, & our service was, can I say, freaky fast! Also they had high school musical music playing which definitely made all the vibes 100x better. 10/10 experience will be back! 🙂

Horrible sandwiches lately. So disappointed. The new manager is worthless and rude. I have been a loyal customer of this location but ever since they changed management it had gone downhill. This was the last time. I have been patient and understanding but I also have been paying. Today was the last purchase until you get new management and I will also refuse to pick up any future customer orders that order through this location.
Please return the Jimmy John’s I used to love! This new management is absolutely worthless. A mistake was made again and he was more interested in blaming others and offered no compensation for inconvenience and being that I was a repetitive problem, horrible made subs! I had to drive back there in rush hour stuck in traffic and all to hear him say I’m sorry but it wasnt my fault it was his.. ridiculous!
So I gave you guys and him another chance.. and I ordered the hunters club with extra jimmy peppers, extra cheese (mind you it already says it comes with double the cheese…this is what I got .. 1 freaking sllice!! Again I have to go back or rake the loss and no compensation.. just so tired of this. If you don’t want my business then fine.. done!

Everyone working was so kind. The guy who made my sandwich was nice and Amber who took my order was very sweet as well. She told me to connect my account and I ended up getting a free cookie with my rewards! Made my day! Thank you guys so much!!

Huuuuuge pickles! I’ve had Jimmy John’s numerous times and at a variety of locations. This is by far the best location I’ve been too. The food has been prepared quickly with attention to details.
The customer experience has been fantastic everytime I’ve visited. They also have always asked if I am a reward member, which I am and would recommend to anyone that is not. They are always giving out free food and deals for reward members.

Today, was a let down. My receipt shows #17 Ult Porker. Bacon not in sandwich, and add Dijon, add cucumbers, extra hot peppers, and add onion. Also cut in half. None of the above was done, except for a couple small pieces of onion. Maybe my order got mixed up with someone else’s? This has never happened b4. Disappointed.
