Went there early, no customer. The food came very quick, the lady who helped with my order was very nice!
My Poke bowl tastes good! I got everything I asked for. Tuna pieces were big, actually everything was big, included cucumbers.
I love this place but it will be good if they cut cucumbers smaller and easy to eat with everything in one bite!

My wife stopped in here today because our son wanted to try sushi. My wife has celiacs and cant eat gluten. She raved about how knowledgeable the people were and how friendly. They gave her great suggestions for her and my son. She brought home the sushi and it was great.

it was good. not the best sushi, but not the worst either. order got messed up, so they had to make 2 rolls after the fact & didn’t charge on one since it was their fault. tasted fresh, but rolls were not very tight & not as much flavor as other places. but the prices were equivalent, so i’m not complaining.

I had been craving Sushi and stopped into Project Sushi while I was out n about in Medina, Ohio. They have quite a selection. You go in and order at the counter. The drinks are bottles/cans. Super friendly service. My food came out quickly. I had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. Everything was delicious and fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their specialty rolls.

The owner was pleasant and took care to see what I liked to make a recommendation. The roll they chose for me was great and filling. The place is spotless and comfortable.

Nice little place to get decent sushi on the go. Sushi itself was pretty decent – honestly well worth price. Seems like it would be a great place to stop for a quick lunch if you don’t have time for a full meal at a sit-down restaurant. Plenty of options and it came out quickly.

Rolls were ok. They fell apart while picking up with chopsticks as they were rolled loosely. I paid extra for gluten free sushi sauce and believe I got the regular sushi sauce – unfortunately had a stomach ache instantly. Staff was friendly though

My Husband and I really wanted sushi, but I have celiacs so it’s always hard finding a place where I don’t get obliterated. I found Project Sushi on my gluten free app and saw the rave reviews so we had to try it. We showed up right before they closed because we saw the wrong closing times. They were so gracious to have us stay. Jon the owner is fantastic and pointed me to all of my options, which is quite a bit and they made adjustments as needed. His wife is gf and his daughter also has celiacs. They have gluten free rice and soy sauce packets. Their sushi is SO GOOD! For some kick, get the hurricane (they substituted regular jalapeño) and my favorite was the Roller (pronounced rawler). My husband got the spicy tuna and the choke and loved both of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we can’t wait to go back!
