I’ve been a regular customer here for months— dozens of visits, never an issue. That changed abruptly during their recent remodel, when staff chose to escalate a non-problem into a police call instead of using basic communication.
Nothing about my behavior was disruptive, threatening, or unusual. I was doing exactly what I’ve always done as a paying customer. Yet instead of speaking to me like a human being, management decided law enforcement was the appropriate response.
That choice says a lot.
If you’re the kind of customer who expects to be treated with dignity, consistency, and a baseline assumption of good faith — especially if you don’t “look like” the people they’re comfortable with — you may want to think twice. There are plenty of other gas stations nearby that don’t default to escalation or treat familiarity as disposable once construction money starts flowing.
I won’t be returning.

After they didn’t properly prepare my husband’s food! We kept the receipt and also took pic of the plate and the Hispanic female was so nice and when she called wondo the owner he wouldn’t acknowledge this or even attempted to replace the order and my husband was a loyal customer bad owner and he’s the same at the store rude and wouldn’t take a vape that was only used one day and he wouldn’t replace it! Greed don’t get you anywhere but without! It’s sad how these buisness owners want us to spend our money but can’t show good customer service

I’m a door dasher and the order I was taking apparently had two bags,but the employees here obviously don’t know how to speak up because I was clueless about there being something missing until after I had left the the customers house. the customer called me and told me it was Missing.
I of course returned to the restaurant and picked up the fries that were left but the employees seemed upset and were obviously unwilling to give the customer fresh fries
Needless to say I don’t get paid enough to deal with a bunch of back and forth driving on account of employees that don’t understand cusyomer service basics like speaking at volume that people can understand.

So let me start by sayin I got wings here last week and they were great. So today i ordered chicken livers on line and went to pick up within the time frame given. I got there and there was no one else there but they were obviously busy with orders. then more people came in and they helped all of them before even addressing me. When i finally was asked what i ordered , they we like we are out of chicken livers, but yet the order was confirmed online. She asked if i wanted something else..now keep in mind i have been there for at least 15 mins for an order that should have been ready when i got there. I told her i would take wings if i could get them then, she said well that will be more since the wings are $2 more expensive. yea …no i got my money back and they just lost my business .

I don’t usually have a bad experience with them but I Ordered a Philly cheesesteak tonight for $15. It was just cheese and bread (she barely put any meat in it) so I called to see if I could bring it back to have it remade. And instead of her allowing me to do so she went back and forth with me over the phone about me saying I wanted extra cheese and acting like she didn’t understand that she barely put ANY meat in the sandwich at all.

I used to eat here frequently but moved away. I was in town and excited to hit them up. Unfortunately my visit was less then perfect. The wings were very over done, hardly seasoned and the young girl running the register seemed extremely agitated. I hope this was just a busy off day and their new norm. I’m so disappointed.
