Horrible, horrible experience. Our order was dropped off UPSIDE DOWN!!! And only two wings in container. The rest on the steps of our front porch. I called. On the phone was 36 minutes!! Said it would be re delivered and remade and refunded. Then they said they will not be re delivering. We will never eat here again and I hope in the future they prioritize there customer service or their store will go out of business. Very disappointed.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this location gets my order wrong every single time I order—without fail.
This most recent visit was the last straw. I ordered a Classic Salad with Caesar dressing and received a Caesar salad with ranch instead. I also ordered one pizza with toppings removed (they left them on) and another pizza with toppings added (they left them off). This has been a consistent issue every time I come here—items missing, ingredients swapped, or orders completely reversed.
What makes it more frustrating is that this time I called the store ahead of time to confirm the order and make sure it was correct. When I arrived to pick it up… it was still wrong.
Mistakes happen. I get that. But when it’s every single order, even after calling to double-check, it stops being a fluke and starts being a lack of attention or care. I shouldn’t have to micromanage my order just to get what I paid for.
I want to support my local Domino’s, but at this point I can’t trust that my order will be right—even when I try to help prevent mistakes.

The Main Street is down in my neighborhood, for repairs, so I’ve been diverted to this location. On one order they forgot my added Marinara cup. On the next order the driver had absolutely NO Change (it says that their drivers carry only $20 or less of cash on them at all times, this driver had absolutely no cash, I was fine giving a big tip, but I was forced to give a $18 tip on a $22 order (when I was fine giving a $8-$10 tip in the first place! We live pretty far out so I like to tip well.) AND NOW!!! I order from them yesterday, at around 11:30PM. Now, they say they’re open till 12 am and I’ve ordered later than this before! (Never later than11:45PM if I can help it). I work at a bar so I try to order the second I get off of work if I know I want something to eat. They put the order through, they update and say it’s cooking, they update and say someone’s double checking it to make sure it’s good. And then, at 11:56PM, it was canceled. And, of course, when you call no one answers. Even though I know you’re corporate so you have to stay open, which means you were there cleaning up and just didn’t bother. I have 18 years in this business and I would usually never, but my car stalled on the way to work today, my bar got hit 20 mins before I was officially open and set up, so I had to push my car out of the intersection and into a freaking parking spot while taking orders!! Today was hard ass day and all I wanted (for my first meal of the day!!!) was a freaking pizza. That’s it. But, yall canceled and then didn’t answer the 8 phone calls I made. So now, I’m going to bed hungry and ready to wake up and figure out what’s next with my freaking car and how I’m gonna get to work tomorrow. Thank you for the suddenly really common inconsistency’s.

I just went to this location for the first time on 10/31/2025 at 9:00 pm. I walked in to pickup my order and cursing rap music was blaring across the whole restaurant. They ended up giving my pizza to another customer and then tried to give it back to me after he brought it back into the store when he realized it wasn’t his. I asked for it to be remade or I wanted a refund. one of the females stormed off to the back when she heard my request. After a minute or two the other female employee who was very nice and respectful asked her to help with my refund and that sent her into a fit of rage and she screamed at the top of her lungs that she “already told her twice she has to go through two mangers to approve the refund!!!” She threw a tantrum when I simply just wanted it remade or refunded. Terrible experience. And I don’t think the one girl can handle the stress of making pizzas on a Friday night when it’s busy. Sensitivity training should be recommended for the girl who threw the tantrum and caused a scene in the restaurant over a customers request. And furthermore, little Caesar’s would have to be infested with the black plague before I stepped foot in this store again.

Charging a delivery fee which doesn’t go to drivers should be a crime. I will not order from a pizza place that charges a delivery fee. That is insane. Our previous pick up orders have been cold and did not taste great. The service here is not good. Another restaurant in Pinson that gets one star.

I ordered through the app, two pizzas and had a slight issue with what I received. Brittany was great and fixed them with no issues and even made them better! The atmosphere wasn’t great, seemed super rushed and some workers seemed they didn’t want to be there.. but customer service was 10 stars!

Tuesday Nov 24, 2025 we bought pizzas here, got home and started eating it, found a human hair in the pizza, spent 40.00 on our meal, called the store and was told it happens and nothing they can do about it, I have pictures and I can do something about it, so I reached out to the health department today, they took the piece that had long human hair in it, and there going to investigate it, im told they should be wearing gloves, facial and hair nets which none of them do, once we found the hair of course we felt sick because of it and threw it in the garbage, plus they didn’t even fix it like we had asked, want do business here any longer.
