I bought this extreme melt this morning. This is a favorite of mine. It cost $11.04. This particular one tasted horrible. The bagel is so dark. The bagel has a weird sour smell to it. It was super tough to eat. I called yum yum to complain and all I got was an I’m sorry. No please come back so we can make it right for you. Nothing. For $11 and I go there often…I was hoping this would be handled better. Very poor customer service.

Bought half dozen doughnuts. The worst I’ve ever had. Lemon filled was stale and filling tasted like medicine. One of the 4 jelly-filled i ordered was glazed only with no filling. All of which were stale. Never again.
