Ashley was such an amazing and welcoming person—truly so kind. I asked for a refill, and there was absolutely no hesitation at all. She was very open, eager to help, and guided me in choosing exactly what I was looking for. Honestly, Ashley should be in sales—she has such a warm, inviting energy and makes people feel comfortable right away.
Jamaica was also incredibly helpful and told me all about the really spicy sandwich, which made ordering so much easier. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and it genuinely made my day.
There was also another team member with red hair (I didn’t catch her name) who took my order and was super helpful as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Such a great experience overall!

Hands down the best Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. From the service to the food. In this day and age hearing someone come off so pleasant every time with the nicest southern accent. Think the lady name is Jamaica she is the legit reason I go back, such a beautiful soul of a person. That makes fast food feel like a family restaurant.

I ordered a 10 piece mild fried for an extra 2 minutes mild not spicy she gave me spicy i brought it back she accused me of having mild not spicy so i was lieing about my chicken anyway after 15 minutes i got mild chicken and no fries asked her about iti she said i took them showed her the garbage and cold fries she gave me more old fries and she cussed me out and watch me write this review. She was just nasty and i wont be back. The store smelled like the sewer when i came in never again.

Halloween at Popeyes
Took my kids to the mall to go trick or treating. A few places gave out candy Popeyes was one of them, they gave out bags of candy it was the best. We was at the mall for a couple of hours, sat at Popeyes to eat we got a 12 piece family meal.The ladies that worked made sure everything was fresh and to say they was really busy it didn’t take long, chicken was coming up when I ordered my food.
I don’t do reviews but I watched those ladies work for about an hour non stop making sure their customers were happy while passing out candy to kids with a smile on they face I hope they see this and know they are appreciated.
P.S my kids are asking me to go back to Popeyes as I’m writing this review

First of all terrible customer service. Everyone has a face with every customer like they don’t wanna be there. I ordered a large Mac n cheese n they ran out so dude really put a small Mac n cheese in my bag n didn’t even tell me trying to be slick. It upset me bcuz if I paid for it then refund me or inform me instead of giving me a small n charged me extra for large instead. No communication. The lady on the register was rude to the customer I witnessed claiming if u can’t hear our number calling we’d be here all day like get ur act together what the hell! N rolled her eyes n went in the back after lashing out at the customer. They seriously need a manger n if they have one then they need a professional one bcuz the teams behavior towards customer n terrible service is not calling business. Not just me but everyone witnessing same should file a report against this location because it’s unacceptable.

My fiancé and I went to the Menlo Park mall for a movie date we stopped at Popeyes to get food before the movie. Food was fresh out of the grease and the southern hospitality the manager Jamaica gave us was life we thought it was pretty cool she was from New Orleans she also told us about the deals they had which made me spend less overall customer service was great.

Stopped in with wife and daughter for dinner. Everything was warm, not hot. Wife and I needed the rest room-one was locked they told us it was out of order. The other had no soap and no toilet paper. When I said something to the staff, one came out with a roll of brown paper towel and asked if that was ok. No, that is a health code violation. She said they were out. I had been a fast food manager, you go out and get some, especially with ShopRite just down the road.
