Yesterday me and my mom went to Jack in the box and we waited for like an hour the Service was horrible our food was cold we. we well never go there again. The man said hang on a minute to take our order. So we waited and waited it was getting close to 5:00 o clock service was slow. Our food was really cold when we got it home like it was Frozen I nearly broke a tooth. When I took a bite. But we will never go there ever again.

Order a double cheese hamburger combo told her to leave the lettuce pickles onion off it. So when I got to the window I ask if it was going to have cheese on it she said no. Well I dont want two hamburger patties on a hamburger bun. The girl at the window says don’t get smart with me and slammed the window in my face. Then when I got my food the fries were cold so was the hamburger. Why is it these people got to be rude?

I got a sausage and cheese ccorssaint and it dry up and burnt and old old. The worst meal ever got we go there , we go to wood river one a lot,, Alton isn’t very good every time I go there .we were there on Wednesday aug. 7th at 5:30we paid $2600 it should of been fresh. Every time I have attempted to go into this store, I am simply not able to. There has always been an employee parked in the accessible parking- or in the access spot next to it! I have spoken to two separate managers, ‘Alexis’ and ‘Holly’, both were adamant that not only was this allowed, they both referred to the spot as ‘Manager Parking’. When I tried to talk to them about it, I was called ableist slurs until I left.
I had been using the drive-thru, but I just found out that I have been banned from the store over raising my concerns. After being informed of this, the employee ran out of the store to approach my vehicle, threaten me, and spit on my face.
Jack in the Box has made it abundantly clear that they have no concern for their disabled customers and they are not welcome at Jack.

Everything is cold and dry. From the time I was handed my food till I got home was a total of 3-5 minutes. From Washington and college to 400 yrds behind Fast Eddie’s Bon Air. Then they have the nerve to act like I am in the wrong. Go back up and the grease on the floor in the dining area turns the floor into an ice rink. The lady at the counter smells like a carton of cigarettes and the tips of her nails black with dirt. What happened to management keeping policy and enforcing it. Will not return to this place.

This place is hit or miss, just like all the Jack in the boxes in our area. No matter what you order through the drive-thru, you’ll be lucky if you get home with it. Better check your bag. It wasn’t that great before COVID, but now, just like other fast food restaurants nobody cares about their job whatsoever. If you’ll fill out an application, they’ll take you. I can’t really complain about the food, it is pretty good for what it is if you like Jack in the box, but just make sure you check your bag and your product to make sure you got what you paid for

Whoever they have working at does not know what theyre doing. Order said ready at 9:50 and waited in the drive thru for over an hour to get the food. There were 6-7 cars backed up to the street. And when you wait at their designated drive-thru waiting area, they tell you to go back to the drive-thru just to wait. Please have signs up posted saying drive-thru at night only.
