Just got home and this is how the cheese sauce that came with the Nacho Fries looks. DISGUSTING! Also, the store closes at 10pm however they close the lobby at 9pm so be prepared to spend an hour waiting on the drive thru line. I checked my order to make sure all items were there however I never thought I would have to open and check the quality of the cheese sauce. This was my first AND LAST time going to this location- never again!

They have food here. However, the wait to order and the wait for the food just isn’t worth it. Additionally when you get your food, it is subpar. I know we don’t expect fine dining at Taco Bell but I do like the food and want it to properly assembled. It just tastes better when it looks nice. The bathrooms are dirty and the seating space is very limited as half the chairs are missing.

I go to this Taco Bell for breakfast usually two times per week. The staff is always super friendly, my order is never wrong, and they even greet me by name in the morning.

Came here for lunch and from the begining customer service is non existent. The order was prepared incorrect. After letting them know it needs to be fixed i received a ” Are you sure” wrong aswer. You need better training. Even with the receipt in hand and showing them where its wrong i was still met with an attitude. In addition they kept making side comments saying ” the order looks fine to me”. This place needs better training or new staff members with better professionalism.

Terrible experience at this Taco Bell. My custom burrito was wrong, and the employee argued with me. I had to pull up the menu on the Taco Bell app to prove what the item was supposed to contain. They finally remade it, only to get the meat wrong a second time. Highly disappointing.

I ordered using Dinner Dash, I received with missing soda in my ordered meal. This is not the first time, this branch of KFC and Taco Bell made a custom of giving out incomplete orders. The Hard shell Taco I ordered was wrap on a paper packaging trapping the moisture that made the Taco saggy with just less than a mile of travel. A box container will help keep the Tacos fresh. I hope these reviews will help better the quality of your service.
