What has started out to be random has definitely had the Indian community raving for more. The place is hard to miss since the place shares the pavement with the Indian grocery store.

They have chaats, pav bhaji, and chai. A pretty classic Bombay street if I may say so. We went at a time no one was in sight so we got our order pretty quickly. Post that the place was buzzing with a bunch of people queuing up to get their orders.

We tried their Pani Puri which is more or less similar to the one you’d get in Delhi. They use chickpeas in their puri along with Pani that is very mild and cannot be spiced even if you ask. They don’t mix the tamarind chutney unless prompted, which is a shame because if you’re a newbie you won’t quite enjoy the dish.

We had their Dahi Chaat. The dahi was negligible. A teaspoon at the most per puri but it tasted pretty good. The blend of the green chutney along with the tamarind chutney and fresh onions and tomatoes with the right spice mix made it delectable.

The Irani Chai definitely stood out for us. It’s a tiny cup but a bomb of flavors. It’s strong, sweet, and reminds you of walks you took with your friends whilst walking down random streets in India with a cup of chai.

Don’t miss the place. The staff is a hard working bunch of people who deserve the recognition!

Definitely good! Taste lacks a bit. Loved chat. I don’t like the puri in pani puri, sometimes it hurts my mouth because of the texture which scratches inside the mouth.

Tried your dosa recently, and it was fantastic! Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and served piping hot with flavorful chutneys. The texture and taste were just perfect—felt like a slice of South India on a plate. Can’t wait to try more varieties next time!

Tried their puri with Aloo curry, punugulu, tea, and bun maska. Everything was fresh and made to order, and the taste was really good!

Tried the Papdi Chaat and Shivpuri and was really disappointed. It tasted like old ingredients were used — the papdi wasn’t fresh, and the yogurt and chutneys lacked flavor. There was no real balance or burst of taste you’d expect from a good chaat. Would not recommend unless quality improves.

I recently tried some random street food, and wow — what a treat! I ate pani puri, maska bun, and egg masala dosa, and honestly, all three were the best of the bestest.

Pani puri had that perfect crispy crunch, bursting with spicy tangy water that hit just right. It’s the kind of flavor bomb that makes you go for “just one more” until you’re full but still tempted, the maska bun — soft, buttery, and melting in the mouth. Simple but unbeatable. Paired with a hot chai, it was pure comfort food magic,But the highlight? Egg masala dosa! Crispy edges, fluffy center, and that spicy egg masala packed inside? Absolute perfection. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying.
Overall, everything was really good and definitely a must-try!

The dosa and chaat items are amazing. Krishna is a wonderful host. The food is good, cheap and tasty.

Avoid the ice gola stand, its unnecessarily expensive. $18 bucks for an ice gola is daylight robbery. I didn’t even know we paid so much until my friends told me so.
