I wanted to use the Dairy Queen free ice cream card I got right before work, I got up 20 minutes early, once I got there I was 10 minutes early, next thing I know I am waiting in a parking lot for 8 minutes, before having to drive to work, resulting in me being 2 minutes late. Not just that, I asked for a Oreo blizzard, they gave me a vanilla blizzard. No cookies in it. The only good part was I got it for free since I used the free ice cream card.

I visited this location today. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I sat in line for 34 minutes. This is truly pathetic. Would you think my food would be atleast hot and fresh. Nope. As the picture shows my cold burger could not even melt the cheese. What a joke. I didn’t even recieve all of my food. Now I wonder is this place running a scam? There is no way I wait that long again for them to give me the rest of my order that would be cold too. This owner should be embarrassed of their dairy queen. Never again! I wish I could give -5 review. This place is horrible!

I went inside and picked up four blizzards. I waited patiently as they had a busy drive thru. When I got my blizzards they looked more like milkshakes and the product was dripping down the sides of the cups.The staff was more concerned about closing the store rather than providing quality service to their customers. The staff didn’t provide lids for the blizzards and they ended up spilling all over the car, my smart watch and other items as they were all almost completely melted. By far the worse service I have ever received. I will not be going back to this particular location. If I wanted a milkshake instead of a blizzard I would have ordered one.

Extremely disappointed.. first it took.someone 8 minutes to come take my order when I could hear em talking in the back. Second, I wanted a fresh “cup cake” made because the ones in the freezer are as hard as rocks and I wanted to eat it right away. They told me they couldn’t do it even though I know you can because I used to work there at another location and it isn’t hard at all and maybe takes 2 minutes… All it is, is vanilla and chocolate soft serve, fudge, and crunchy cookie crumbs layered… they were just being extremely lazy cuz I heard as I was leaving “I ain’t doing that”. Awful. I could understand if there wasn’t time but they were messing around and not doing their job. Disrespectful and lazy as all hell. Deserve to be written up or even fired. Literally just awful

We had an issue on 6/14/25, so I called the manager on duty. She told me the store manager would contact me on Monday, June 16. I am still waiting for the phone call 15 days later. After no response, I called Customer Service on June 18. They said my problem would be given to the manager in Uhrichsville and asked me to email the photos from the incident. I immediately sent them and have still not received any form of communication.

We come here sparsely because the service here is absolutely horrendous. Takes forever to get our order taken. And when we finally do they mess up our order ever. Single. Time. Then when you call to fix it. You’re met with nothing but attitude.

As someone that works in fast food and understands the struggle and tries to compassionate and understanding of workers this is genuinely some of the worst service I have ever received. I waited 30 minutes for a cookie dough blizzard that only had one piece of cookie dough and was completely melted by the time I got it, causing it to spill all over my car and they didn’t even give me napkins. I’m not trying to be rude just genuinely really disappointed
