They originally gave us an estimated delivery time of 10:05 – 10:20pm. Their Pizza tracker said they left the store with our order at 9:51pm. The ETA then changed to 10:18 – 10:38pm. 10:30 comes, we check the pizza tracker and it now says ETA is 10:48 – 10:52pm. I call the store to see why it’s taking a whole hour to deliver our pizza. At this point I don’t even want it anymore, it’s probably going to be cold and I asked for a refund. She reassured me that it will be hot, said the pizza tracker wasn’t correct because the driver was doing 3 orders and they set her leave time early. Made absolutely no sense. I was denied a refund. Our order was delivered an hour after it had left the store. The cheese was getting stiff because it was WARM! not hot.
Our order came up to $99 with fees & tip. I’m beyond annoyed. Worst delivery ever. I can’t change the tip either. Annoyed.

I love the ease of ordering via app and the ability to customize anything I order with little cost effect. This evening I ended up forgetting to check the well done (oh it’s well done too ) box on my free 2 topping emergency medium Philly steak and light onion pizza with additional pineapple, gp, bo, and tom sauce it only rang up to $4.50!
ONLY $4.50 for my emergency dinner tonight! And I didn’t deserve the free pizza, they just said, “Here ya go beautiful, have an emergency pizza, on us, bc we know you forgot to eat dinner tonight and we look out for our loyal customers just like they look out for us”
They love me
And for that, the delivery driver gets a matching tip on the app as well as a cash tip upon their fast delivery.
What a way to make a girl feel special on a Tuesday night, and we haven’t even been properly introduced ☺️
Sadly tho, my pizza is to well done for my liking however, I’m hungry so it’s still a 5 ⭐ till I decide otherwise

I frequently order pizza and pasta from here. My food is always properly prepared, not sloppy and inconsistent. It’s always ready when I get there, and using the drive-thru is a breeze. The employees are always respectful and friendly. One of them really likes my dog and gives him treats. However, I wish they would deliver to my home. I live exactly 6.7 miles away, but it isn’t in their area.

We get the same pizza every time because we love it. Domino’s is ten times better than it was back in the day when it tasted like greasy cardboard. Anyway, the staff is always nice and upbeat. The pizza is always done on time and yummy. I never eat pizza crust, except here, as it has a buttery magic to it. As for the atmosphere, it’s not much. I have never seen anyone actually sit down and eat there.

Yesterday (22nd April) me and my cousin were at dominos at 11 40 when we enter there, the employees just shut the light and said you can’t order here you gotta order online. If we can’t order than, opening till midnight doesn’t make any sense. There were two employees one which is old was very rude she said you shouldn’t be supposed to be here. We have been dominos a lot of time even in India it’s better than this dominos.

Ordered online and received only 1 email update to track the order. The order completed and showed delivered within 25 min but it took another 20 after that to actually get the pizza. No communication or update on the pizza. Food was pretty good but service was poor.
