This place is in the middle of nowhere in a gas station- BEST FOOD EVER. i was so excited to see nearly the entire menu was GF & they did not disappoint. i was in heaven! amazing greasy sloppy burger, crispy fried pickles, a large menu. almost like i wasn’t cursed w celiacs anymore it was Delicious.
however they are NO LONGER making GF mac & cheese.

Come for the food. It is located in a gas station, but don’t let that deter you. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. I wouldn’t call the service slow, and it’s not speedy. Good things take a little time. It was worth the wait. I got a regular smash burger and hash browns casserole. My partner got the black and bleu burger with sweet potato fries. Well-seasoned and cooked perfectly.

The food is amazing. I had fried pickles, mac n cheese and the mushroom swiss smash burger. It was all delicious! The mac and cheese was the Cheesiest! The burger was overflowing with goodness, and the fried pickles were yummy! Just as amazing as the food was the friendly staff! We were told the place is family owned, which I like. The only reason why I gave the atmosphere portion of the rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was more seating. I went during lunch and was pretty surprised at the number of patrons, given this little unassuming restaurant inside of a convince store! However, I will say that even though there isn’t a ton of seating inside, there are a couple tables outside for additional seating, which is nice. The price is also affordable. My friend and I loved the restaurant, so I think we’ll come back when we come back to town!

Don’t be fooled, yes this is a gas station building, but Mama C’s is it’s own awesome thing. Juicy smash burgers made any way you want and many other menu options to choose from. I work nearby and come here often, the service is solid, the food is outstanding. I especially enjoy sitting outside and playing some corn hole while the food is prepared. Plenty of parking in the lot, but be wary of bringing a large group, just because of table space. This is an excellent place to grab lunch.

Who would have thought this little hole in the wall resturant in the middle of no where be so good. The staff was very friendly. The food OH MY GOODNESS IT WAS AMAZING. We had a hot dog, the mac and cheese burger..the flavors went together perfectly. The Mac and cheese and hash row casserole was delicious. Sweet potato fries and cheese fries were perfect. My brother got the pork chops excellent. The only down fall was not enough seating other than that, if u haven’t been this is a must try kinda place

AMAZING! The food was so delicious and the service was (somehow) even better! Every team member was welcoming and kept checking in on us and made sure we enjoyed every item we ordered. Kitchen was kept so clean! During breakfast, they give cute free little cinnamon rolls while you wait for your food – icing was amazing! They also have all made by hand baked rotating desserts – we had a chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, which was amazing! It was hard to choose from the menu when it all sounded so yummy. I went with the frenchy burger, which I 10/10 recommend – sweet & savory. All the food tasted very fresh and had great flavor. We are DEFINITELY going back!

Wow, just wow!!!! My daughter and I ventured here in a trip to pack up her dorm room in Charlotte! You would not expect the caliber of food when you see a gas station convenience store as their home! Don’t be fooled! The food was outstanding and neither of us got sick! We ordered fried pickles (yes GF), 2 different hot dogs, a smash burger, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and onion rings all GLUTEN FREE!!!!!! Everything was outstanding! Gluten free hot dog and hamburger buns! All food battered uses a gluten free batter! Staff was wonderful and super friendly and helpful! 5/5 for us!!

Fantastic food and service. After reading all the raves about Mama C’s over at Facebook I figured it was worth the 50 minute drive from Winston-Salem… and my god, it was. I will be back. We had the Mac Daddy burger and the Southern Charm burger with a side of fries and mac n cheese. They were fantastic. Up there with the best burgers I’ve ever had. Don’t tell my mother, but the mac n cheese here is even better than hers. Even the fries were top notch.
Well worth the drive. We will be back.

My first time here and the resturant being inside a gas station threw me off BUT I got the smash burger that has bacon jam, grilled onion and Mac and cheese and a order of sweet potatoe fries. I’m not joking when I say this is the best food I’ve had in quite some time. Everything was hot and delicious, the dipping sauces are homemade and 10/10. Burger 10/10. And sweet potato fries 10/10. I am a HARD food critic. I am picky This food is so good and worth the 30 minute drive for me!!! It’s so good I’m leaving a review while still chomping on the !!!!!
