Beautiful restaurant overlooking the water. Service was attentive and friendly. The red snapper Crudo advertiser was delicious as well as the snapper and grouper main course sauces were delicious. We also got the soufflé which takes about 15 minutes, wished it was a little larger portion, but still delicious.

On the “higher more formal” end of the restaurants here I’d say. Service was wonderful just as everywhere and anywhere at this hotel. The welcoming part was a nice and different touch, and the ambiance felt more fancy even though it was beside the other restaurant. It was good food but not my favorite of other options; found the flavour profiles too light for my own preference but it was still deliciously nevertheless.

Literally a five star experience! Went here for our last dinner on the island and it did not disappoint. When you arrive, you first stop at the hand washing sink where they have you wash your hands with a housemade mixture of coconut oil, lime and local sea salt.

The view from the restaurant is incredible and we were lucky enough to get an oceanfront table. We started with a few cocktails which were delicious. For appetizers we ordered the tuna tartare, spicy prawns, and the oxtail dumplings. All were delicious.

For entrees, we had the swordfish, suckling pig, and red snapper curry. Everything was phenomenal. For dessert we shared the coconut rice pudding and some sorbet.

Service was excellent from start to finish. An overall excellent meal. It is expensive but worth it for the food and experience.

I have gone to Pimms for the last 5 years bc the atmosphere is lovely. However, this weekend may be my last time. My low rating is not about the prices increasing about 20-30% but about the drop in food quality. The lobster bisque may have actually come out of a can, I am unsure. It had literally one tiny half inch string of lobster and it was not very tasty. The lobster roll was beyond horrible. Nice spices but unsure of how much of any lobster was there. But it was folded inside a simple mediocre piece of bread. They had eliminated all the coconut milk from their dishes due to alot of customer complaints I was told, so were instead cooking the same entrees with milk. I had my heart set on the Coconut poached grouper and did not want to risk a bad meal, especially with the exhorbitantly high prices. The waiter, Cleveand, or something like that, did not once ask me how my meal was. Perhaps bc he knew it was all bad? Then he had the nerve to suggest I add a tip, apparently hoping I didn’t notice he had already added 15%. I always tip 20% but that sealed the deal. I didn’t order dessert bc I didnt wish to risk another bad dish. Very sad bc the restaurant is beautiful. If you want good food at Cap Julica, go to Uchu. It is superb, unless it has also gone downhill since last year. I will find out in a couple of days

Pimms at Cap Juluca Hotel is incredible. The restaurant offers an elegant and charming atmosphere with stunning ocean views. The food is exceptional, with a menu that caters to all tastes. The service is impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The highlight of Pimms is the breathtaking view, which adds to the overall experience. Pimms is a must visit for anyone looking for a memorable culinary adventure in Anguilla.

Celebrated my birthday in a private pavilion hosted by Pimms. Overlooking the beach of Cap Jaluca, the venue couldn’t have been improved. We originally were having dinner under the stars but due to the windy and possibility of rain, we stayed under cover. It was spectacular.

The views and ambiance are worth going alone. The crayfish, conch carpaccio, and snapper were all excellent with beautiful and unique preparations. Service was very friendly and attentive.

This was the best meal my husband and I have ever had. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind and even brought out a special dessert as we are recently married. Watching sunset here was gorgeous and the food was so fresh and delicious. Incredible experience.

On July 14 My wife and some friends made a last minute decision to come here for dinner and all I can say is I’m very inpressed. We stayed In Anguilla for a week and we found that Pimms has the best service with a fantatsic view. We were greeted by a very welcoming host then started at the lounge with the bartender being very accommodating and making any type of cocktail I had asked for and was happy to us and to take our time. We then went to our table and the servers all friendly and always making sure our table was kept tidy and that we were looked after. We all ordered the swordfish as this is a staple we always had and it didn’t disappoint. The only tiny recommendation I would make is to ask how the swordfish should be done as in the past, but this time it might have slipped their minds, ive had it cooked medium rare to medium and the swordfish was cooked well done(again this still wasn’t a problem as it still tasted fantastic).
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Anguilla

one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the world is sadly ruined by food that is completely mediocre at its best …and barely edible at times. We had pieces of actual bone in the ravioli which almost cracked a tooth… the curry was thin and among the most bland that I have eaten in the last 3 years… and btw there is absolutely no value on this menu At $125-150/ per person I expect much better food… they need to change the chef imo and bring in someone new
