I recently visited this Subway location and was extremely disappointed. The customer service was unfriendly and rushed, making me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by ordering. The food quality was just as bad the lettuce was wilted and brown, and the vegetables didn’t look fresh at all. My sandwich was sloppy, and it was clear that little care was put into making it.
Subway is supposed to be about fresh, made-to-order meals, but this experience was the opposite. I left feeling like I wasted my money and time. I won’t be returning to this location and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for good service or fresh food.

Looking at the menu I had decided on #19. After seeing the condition of the veggies, namely the lettuce, I resorted to a pizza sub. The lettuce was awful looking, it looked like it should be in the trash. The cucumbers looked like they had been frozen and thawed, the spinach looked wilted. Also the cookie display had other things besides cookies, flies. While paying for my order I noticed a small fridge on the counter behind the register had 2 bags of lettuce that looked much better. The 2 employees that were working either couldn’t answer another customers questions or wouldn’t. I quickly discovered why this location isn’t busier than it should be.

The restaurant is clean and the service was very quick. My sons said both of their 6 inch subway melts were good. I was disappointed in my 6 inch Steak and cheese. The meat did not even cover the bun and was cold even after having it toasted. I do confess I had not been to a subway in awhile and the price did surprise me.$25.26 for three 6 inch combos.

Staff were friendly but the meatballs in my footlong were teeth chattering cold and their fountain drinks do not taste like soft drinks. This was at the subway in Walmart. This is the second time we have had issues at this location and will not be going here any longer. I think we will go a little further up Hwy 157 to the other subway instead.

Order through the app, since the owner of the Subways in Moulton tries to enforce his own rules to the customers as in the $8.99 footlong meal was not accepted by the employee but the order online with same coupon was accepted.
