I’ve loved this place for many many years, but last night was just bad, the cook over salted my Carne Asada Fries, I like my food salty but bro went overboard with it. The sour cream and guacamole were barely able to fix it, it was looking great till I started eating it. I can tolerate salty foods but if someone else had tried it I’m sure they would have returned the food or asked for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend

They have always had great food and reasonable prices for the size of burritos they give you i like to get the carnitas burrito $14.00 thats with tax included its pretty big size the salsas are good but wish they werent so watery but ya breakfast burritos are also good $10.19 with taxes good size i drive up from encinitas to get their food..They have a salsa bar inside as well with carrots lemons red and green salsas

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust with the experience I had at your establishment. I recently ordered a meal that included nachos, and to my horror, I found not one, but four hairs in my food. To make matters worse, I also discovered three to four hairs prior to the picture being taken which are wrapped in the napkin .
I immediately called to inform your staff of this disgusting and upsetting discovery, and while they offered to replace my meal, there was no way I could bring myself to return to your establishment. Instead, I am forced to take this as a $20 nacho lesson learned.
This incident is a prime example of the complete lack of care exhibited by your staff and management. It is unacceptable that no one wears hairnets or gloves while handling food, and it is even more concerning that the same person who covers the to-go booth and handles payments also prepares the food. As a culinary Director I can absolutely assure you those are not standards that a San Diego health official would look the other way for.
As a regular customer, I have dined in at your establishment before, but this experience has left me with a feeling of disgust and distrust. If someone is really hungry late at night, there are other fast food options nearby, such as Jack in the Box or McDonald’s, which offer much better quality and cleanliness standards.
I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take immediate action to ensure that your staff follows proper hygiene protocols and takes necessary precautions to prevent incidents like this from happening in the future. Until then, I will not be returning to your establishment and will be sure to warn others about the potential health risks associated with dining there.

The food is always great here. However, I wish the cobwebs of the restaurant would look presentable with all the webs it needs to be cleaned around the property. It looks really ghetto for all the money they bring in for being open 24 hours you would think they would get a maintenance guy to clean around the restaurant to make it look appropriate and nice and clean, you can really tell the owners don’t care for the restaurants appearance other than just getting their money in but the cooks make the customers come back in my opinion.

I’m originally from San Diego and moved to Florida. I miss good authentic Mexican food and the first thing I did was stop for a carne asada burrito, which is definitely different from Florida. I wish someone would open a shop out there, until then I get my fix every time I come back to visit my family. Keep up the great job. Sorry my pic of my carne asada burrito was out of focus. I hadn’t gotten carne asada nachos at this place in over 5yrs. I came once and they were good so i thought great I can finally have some good carne asada nachos again. 2nd time around, this. Disgusting and the worst part is that i drove 25mins away to eat them at a park. Do not recommend this place. Who knows what else they sell that isn’t good anymore. I mean, how can you miss this if everything goes on top of the chips? Plus you have a fryer and can make fresh ones daily. Will never be back to this place. Currently exploring other taco shops in area.

Type of food that is going to be available 24 hours in abundance. I’m glad that it’s this type. Most of these 24 hour. Tocas are good but this one is a little bit above the rest. Got the chicken tacos and they were hot and delicious. What more do you want at 3:39 in the morning?

Worst Carnitas Taco I’ve ever had! It was so dry, pork wasn’t even slightly shredded, my bottom corn tortilla was so cold as if it came straight from the refrigerator, I wasn’t given any lime either. Never again!
