We recently dined at Dream 360 Hibachi and had a mixed experience. The decor and atmosphere were truly 10/10 as the space is beautiful and definitely creates a great vibe.

The food was okay overall, but for nearly $40 for a chicken entrée, I was expecting more flavor. The crispy rice appetizer was decent but not overly impressive, and the hibachi itself just lacked the bold, savory flavor you typically hope for with this style of dining.

Our server was friendly, but he seemed very busy. We were there for over an hour and a half and I didn’t receive a refill or an offer for one, and my cup sat empty for quite a while.

I’d consider returning if the food quality and flavor improved, because the atmosphere alone makes it a place with a lot of potential.

If you’re looking for a top-tier hibachi experience inside American Dream Mall, look no further than DREAM 360, located on the top floor next to Yard House.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I ordered the steak & chicken hibachi combo, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The fried rice was on point, and the butter took it to another level (I love a good sauce, and this definitely delivered).

Shoutout to our waitress Amaya, who was warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and checked in just enough to make us feel taken care of without hovering.

The hibachi chef was fun, engaging, and detail-oriented, adding great energy to the table while ensuring every plate came out just right.

Another major plus: DREAM 360 features a full bar, making it perfect to grab a cocktail before your reservation or to relax afterward. The vibe is unmatched—you can enjoy a Topgolf-style atmosphere and even peek out the windows to watch indoor skiers in motion, which adds a unique and entertaining backdrop to the dining experience.

Overall, DREAM 360 is a win—great food, excellent service, lively atmosphere, and a prime location. Whether you’re celebrating, on a date, or just craving quality hibachi, this spot is definitely worth the visit.

Highly recommended.

This was our first hibachi experience. We started with appetizers and hot sake. We ordered the gyoza dumplings and spicy tuna crispy rice, along with California and spicy salmon sushi rolls. The appetizers were good and reasonably priced. The hot sake, however, could have been served hotter – we drank it right away and barely felt any warmth.
When it came to hibachi, the menu was a bit confusing and definitely on the expensive side. Entrées start around $28, and the hibachi specials begin at $36 and go up significantly. We ended up ordering hibachi fried rice with chicken, noodles with shrimp, and the chicken & scallops special.

We also ordered fries and chicken tenders for our child. The fries were good, but the chicken tenders were extremely hard – so tough that it would be difficult for a kid to chew.

One positive was that ordering a special included a salad and dessert. We chose mochi and received three strawberry mochis, which were actually quite good.

The Hibachi chef was just okay, nothing particularly entertaining or memorable. Most of the dishes were bland, with the fried rice being the only standout. The noodles were average, and the scallops were chewy. The entrées and specials didn’t feel worth the price.
Based on our experience, we’d recommend sticking with the fried rice (the highlight), possibly adding noodles, and choosing just one entrée. We noticed other chefs seemed more engaging than ours, but that can vary. Overall, it was a mediocre experience for the price paid and the quantity of food received.

The restaurant itself was beautiful. Service was spectacular. Food was delicious and drinks were made to perfection. We had the lychee martinis, I had 2 because it was great. The food tasted great by far my favorite experience ever at a hibachi restaurant. Highly recommend, it’s on the pricier end so make sure you see the pricing/ menu prior.

Our hibachi chef, Saikat (Mohammad) was excellent. He was friendly, fun, and made our whole table happy! I’ve been to a lot of Hibachi places and he is just a really good chef and I would be happy to be served by him again. Food was delicious.

I attended their Grand Opening and it was a super fun night! Spacious venue with Sekai, a premium Japanese hibachi restaurant with a private dining room, bar and lounge area, and immersive TopGolf Swing Suites.

Every single bite they served was delicious and my favorite one was the crispy rice topped with tuna and jalapeño. The drinks were great and bartenders know what they’re doing.

The venue is gorgeous and I can’t wait to visit again!!

Yesion was our server and he was so kind offering pictures. Yesion dealt with my annoying father who questions the whole menu and he did amazing handling him. I went in with two kids and he tried his best to assist me in anything I needed. Food was amazing btw, atmosphere was great!

My friends and I had a wonderful and delicious meal here. The food was wonderful. Atmosphere had some music playing but not so loud that we couldn’t hear one another. But the best reason to visit is hands down for the service and more specifically our sensational waitress, Angela. One of the kindest and most caring waitresses I’ve ever met. We had wonderful conversations with her and she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and enjoying our time, food, and drinks. She mentioned that she’s planning to be there until May before she moves… so go visit sooner rather than later to have a chance to have a great meal but with even greater service. Thank you Angela for an unforgettable dinner. You’re so appreciated. 🙂 Oh and in terms of food recommendations, the wagyu egg rolls are spectacular!!! 😉

Our cook Saiked did a great job entertaining and communicating with our table. He paid close attention into making Izzy the birthday girl the star of the night. The food was amazing…everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come back.

Food really didn’t have flavor at all. They need more garlic soy sauce mushrooms and salt. It was very bland. We go to arriang all the time and you can’t compare. They also do not serve a soup with the meal only a salad that wasn’t so good and I had to send the drink back there was barely any alcohol in it
