Interesting first experience at this location. Upon entering my eyes were graced by a dirty floor layered with debris and stains and 3 tables also layered with debris and stains. My nose immediately detected the smell of old stagnant grease. The beverage dispenser area was also unclean. Should have just walked back out right there and then but curiosity and hunger got the best of me. Took about 5 minutes before I could order, as I had to wait for the server to finish with a phone order before she could get to me. Spoke at just above a whisper so I was constantly having to ask her to repeat what she was saying. Ordered a 10pc combo and stepped off to the side to wait for my food, which took about 20 minutes. Took my food home, and strangely enough, despite waiting 20 minutes for my order, the food was cold. The 2 ketchup packets that came with had cruddy sticky fingerprints on them indicating dirty unwashed hands had grasped them prior to placing the packets in my to-go bag, so those went straight to the trash. The fries were shiny, soggy and severely undercooked. The smoky barbecue wings in my order were only partially saturated in the sauce, as most of it was pooling beneath the wings, pretty much defeating the purpose as to how they’re advertised. The garlic parmesan wings were actually quite decent. The ranch sauce was good. So, overall, this location is actually quite gross, the food is substandard, and I will not be returning. Cheers.

This Wingstop is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly how Wingstop is supposed to be. Everything tasted on point.

But the highlight was Alyssa. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure the order was perfect. You can tell she actually cares about customer service. She went above and beyond and made the whole experience way better.

If you pull up to this location, ask for Alyssa—she’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.

This location needs attention from upper management.
Today I came to pick up a delivery order as a DoorDash driver, and the worker gave me an empty glass telling me what do I need to fill it up with.
When I made sure that she wants me to be the person who fill it up – I explained that this is out of my competency and more over – a Health and Safety Policy violation. It’s a restaurant’s responsibility to prepare and pack the order, including drinks. Not mine. Just because they don’t want to do their job all the way to the end, doesn’t mean I’m gonna violate the correct procedure and do it for them. She took away the order telling me that I’m not gonna have it in that case if I’m not gonna do something I’m NOT SUPPOSED TO DO. That’s just insane.

I had to cancel the order, lost my money and time, my acceptance rate dropped.
In a couple minutes, not being able to find feedback source myself, I came back to the store politely asking for a manager or a complaint contact. She refused to provide anything, saying that the general manager was not in the store and told me to “call DoorDash if I want.” She said she wouldn’t do anything because they were busy.

The most shocking part? By the end I realized she was actually the store manager herself. While she was calling a DoorDash, and me thinking that this call gonna get it resolved, another worker came to the front of the house, asking what do I want to accomplish by that. Which in my opinion was obvious that I was trying to get a complain contact. The answer was that I can just leave a complaint at the franchise and not taking everybody’s time, that’s they always handling delivery orders like that. Well… I’ll let other people be the judge of how proper this procedure is.
Not to be personal. All I’m gonna say is that the professionalism, costumer service, and problem solving abilities, that the customer would like to experience with the management – was not there.

I found where I can leave my feedback myself, and here I’m. The workers was calm, nothing rude was said. Just to be fair from my side to the end. But this kind of management behavior shouldn’t represent the brand, it’s embarrassing.

Stopped by the new Wingstop in Schiller Park this evening for dinner and was pleased with my order. The inside is very new & the staff was getting into the motion of it all. My order took about ten minutes and the staff was really nice through the whole process.

There’s a seating area inside, but I didn’t use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until the order was done.

I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken was really good. I thought it would be weird that they weren’t sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it’s own. The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunch tomorrow.

There is parking on site & it’s free. There’s only a few spaces, but they don’t fill up since the space is new. The parking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it’s all one way parking so it’s easier to move around.

I keep trying this place to see if they do better but every time it’s bad. One time they forgot the ranch and every time I order the tenders barely have any sauce. The entire point of ordering from Wingstop is the sauce. I wasted about $30 because they went in the garbage. They are just not good with all the extra sauce. Every other location makes them with a lot of sauce, why can’t this location do the same?!

I’ve tried ordering from this place twice and both times it was a complete disaster. I don’t ask for much especially dealing with the fast food restaurant as big as Wingstop. However, I expect you to at least do what you’re supposed to each time I ordered the food wasn’t hot. The fries didn’t have enough seasoning and weren’t made to my request which was extra crispy and both times I ordered wings they weren’t fully coated, I thought Wingstop is supposed to toss your wings. It looks like they are lazy and they just drizzle sauce on the top. I remember back in the day used to be so much extra sauce. You used to literally soap up the sauce with your chicken, but I get it times are different But for me to be paying $30 and the food not cooked properly or coated is disappointing but I complained and they gave me a $10 gift card so I tried to order from them again and they did the same thing. So of course i complained again and I’m grateful that the manager did get in touch with me and she will be issuing me a refund but I wanted to leave this review in case others have this issue if we bring attention to the management that these things are happening, maybe in the future we’ll get better service. But management was kind and accommodating.

My recent visit to Wingstop left me with mixed feelings. As a wing aficionado, I was excited to try out their various flavors, but the experience was somewhat underwhelming.

Firstly, the positives: the variety of wing flavors available at Wingstop is commendable. From classic buffalo to tangy lemon pepper, there’s something for every palate. The wings themselves were decent—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and generously coated in sauce.

However, the overarching issue was the excessive saltiness. While some may enjoy this flavor profile, it overwhelmed the taste buds and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the wings. If you’re craving a quick fix and don’t mind the sodium overload, Wingstop might suffice.

Additionally, the ambiance and service were average. The restaurant had a typical fast-food vibe, with limited seating and a focus on takeout orders. The staff were friendly enough, but nothing particularly memorable.

In conclusion, Wingstop is a convenient option for those seeking a quick wing fix, but be prepared for an onslaught of saltiness. It’s not a destination for a gourmet dining experience, but it serves its purpose for a casual, fast-food indulgence.

Terrible place to get wings at.
I got sick to my stomach after I picked up my order this morning.
Manager on floor this morning was very rude and unprofessional, after requesting some clarification to my order.
On the 5 min I was there picking up my order, I saw more than 4 violations to food safety.
Handwashing procedures not followed as well as cross contamination.
I’ll be requesting health department to check this location out.

I can’t stand food places that treat customers like they are terrible awful humans for ordering too close to closing time. They refused to fulfill my DoorDash order because it was too close to closing, and I didn’t find out until a half hour later when DoorDash let me know my order was cancelled.

Inexcusable.
