Today, I ordered a Venti latte with an extra shot. The first sip I knew something was up, no coffee flavor. I thought just another horribly weak coffee from this place. Another sip, lid off, I think maybe just tasting foam. Then a couple more sips and look again. They LITERALLY forgot to put the espresso in the coffee. I had white foam and milk, which I think may be oat milk and not real milk. Anyway, who forgets to put the espresso in the latte? I want a refund!!!

Having lived in urban areas most of my life, I have been drinking Starbucks for more than 25 years. I was super excited to hear that Dubois was finally getting a Starbucks. What a disappointment! This store is awful. NOTHING tastes like it does at other chains. Something is very wrong. I think the owner may be diluting the syrup and coffee to maximize profits. It ALWAYS tastes like lukewarm watery milk with limited coffee taste. I have tried many times, hoping to get a taste of my familiar Starbucks. Literally, no coffee in it this time. I am SO disappointed. If you are not familiar with Starbucks, please do not think the drinks here represent the normal menu in my opinion. I really wish the owner would do something about this!!!!

Update: got Starbucks twice since it opened

First time: iced pumpkin cold brew and a iced white chocolate mocha and a chocolate croissant

Second time: a medieum iced coffee with sweet vanilla and classic syrup

Both were as advertised and tasted like your traditional Starbucks willl be back agian

I ordered a Peppermint mocha frappe and they didn’t accept a 50 first, but she was nice about it. And then I got my drink and it looked nothing like the picture and how I would receive them from other Starbucks for example the drink should have peppermint pieces or something on top but it didn’t and they kinda threw the drink down and it was leaking and the lid wasn’t on.

They went above and beyond for my milk allergy, making sure to use non contaminated equipment and were so sweet to also let me know what ingredients would have the milk. The lady with blue hair (Alyssa) was understanding, warm, and very reassuring when taking my order. The staff in general was kind and very warm as well. They definitely worked hard for everyone in the store and are incredibly friendly.

Asked for a pumpkin Frappuccino with frappe chips in it and was asked if I wanted coffee or not? Never have I been asked this question before and my Frappuccinos taste like crap!? First time I’ve gone to any Starbucks location and have been asked if I wanted coffee and first time receiving a drink so messed up. Thought since it’s been open a little bit now it would be safe to go there and all hiccups were worked through but guess I’ll just continue going to 7brews

Ok, I understand this place is new, but how is it possible to keep people waiting in line for a coffee to 25-30 minutes? Food came out not properly heated, cold inside, coffee cup was filled with ice all the way up leaving no space for a drink at all… very dissatisfied and disappointed. I go to Starbucks 3-5 times a week for a lunch meal and this was the worse experience ever! Stay away from this location until they finally get their employees trained….

I know it’s only been open 2 weeks but they seriously need some more practice…I received an iced latte when I clarified 2 times I wanted hot, my husband twice ordered a house coffee and waited 30 minutes each time, I ordered an iced latte and got one with barely any ice and the whipped cream didn’t even go above the start of the domed lid. I tried again with a Frappuccino and received the wrong size and again the whipped cream barely came above the bottom of the domed lid. You can tell they just don’t really care about putting all the drink/product in or the quality of it. Wait times are horrible, even for food they literally just heat up…
I’m so excited for Starbucks to be here but they need to figure their stuff out. Also please update your available products in the app because I cannot order anything as it says almost all is “sold out”, but then I can order and receive it in the store.

So happy to have a Starbucks in our area! All of the negative reviews right out of the gate are unfortunate, they’ve literally only been open a week or two and are still learning. The staff are so friendly and my drinks have always been delicious!

The reason I’m rating so low was because of my experience here. I do understand this location has just opened, however…that doesn’t mean quality & kindness shouldn’t be provided to / for customers. My order was not taken properly, the order-taker was very frustrated while taking my order, and then to boot…my drink didn’t have any flavor, nor did it have the extra shot of espresso or drizzle I asked for. I was very disappointed with how my 1st visit went, but hope to have a better experience down the road if I go back.

I ordered a shaken espresso, a refresher, a muffin and a croissant. three of those items were wrong or cold. my food was cold despite ordering it warmed, and my shaken espresso wasnt shaken, just layered espresso and milk. This is the worst starbucks ive ever been to, im just glad i used a gift card and didnt waste my money
