I stopped in. Went through the drive-thru gave him my order. First thing he says is he’s not sure if he has the chicken. How do you not have chicken at a KFC restaurant at 8:00 in the evening because people don’t want to cook that’s why I asked for original recipe. The last two times I have been to this restaurant. I have asked for original and they have gave me extra crispy. How can you sit there and want $20 an hour and a minimum wage and you can’t even feel a simple order. Find it very hard to understand how people cannot when there is no rush and it’s just me in line and they’ve got my order wrong last three times

Have had to file a complaint about the Madison location. Some chicken portions way too small for the price. Can only use the rewards points separately, can’t be combined. We love KFC but we just moved back and our local Popeyes was much better in Raleigh. Gonna try again and see what happens.

I came here one night and ordered the boneless BBQ tenders, but unfortunately, they weren’t that great. I left a review expressing my concerns, and the manager, Deja, reached out to me directly. She handled the situation with complete professionalism and made it right by replacing our food.
Deja truly went above and beyond — the way she handled everything is exactly how a great manager should act. Because of her excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. We need more managers like Deja!

I deleted my previous review because I recently started going back since they brought the wedges back and this places has done a turn around compared to year ago. I have been back 3 times and the food is really good, I’m glad I was pulled because I will wait for good hot food. The employees are nice , I hope it stays this way because KFC has the best chicken of all and I hope they keep the potato wedges they are way better than the fries. Management is way better now also. Keep up the good work

I just don’t understand. I’ve worked in kitchens since I was 15 and would have never sent this out. This has to of been sitting under the heat lamp since lunch. They are hard as a brick. If your not willing to eat it yourself don’t serve it. I guess this place is just a waste of time and money. Will no longer be going there. By the way I’m 36 now that’s a little over 20 years in the food service. I’m directing this to the owner. If you don’t get a grasp on this issue that seems to be going on for a while now. YOU WILL END UP LIKE WENDYS DOWN THE STREET.

This location is not a good one. They run out of chicken all the time. They are not friendly and sometimes very rude. The floors are dirty and they seem to not care. If they forget to give you something you order they treat you like you did something wrong by asking for it. It’s just not a good place or atmosphere.

Ordered online and it stated it would be ready by 7:09. Husband went to pick it up on this way home and was not ready . Even 30 minutes after he got there it was not ready. This is not the only time we have had issues with this location. Something needs to be done cause I know we will never go back there after this.
