This was by far the worst coffee and food I’ve had from Ziggi’s in a long time. The drink was poorly made, the food wasn’t good, and the overall experience was really disappointing.
I understand it’s the new year and things can get busy, but quality and care still matter. This visit made it clear why I prefer sticking with privately owned coffee places—they actually care about what they serve and the people they serve it to.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I HATE leaving so/so reviews, but I am getting a little bummed about this place. The last 3 times I have been here (1/6, 1/13, & 1/16) to try and get one of the amazing Gluten-Free breakfast sandwiches around 11ish, the response from the staff at the speaker has been “Sorry, they’re all frozen.” All 3 times!!
Now, I don’t know if there are only a certain number taken out everyday and they’re all sold out, or maybe they’re forgetting to take them or all together, or what. But, that is my biggest reason for going there. If you’re running out everyday before 11am, you might try to start taking out a couple more! Sad, because that’s one of the only quick Gluten-Free options in this town.

These ladies here are so very sweet and accommodating they let me sit outside for a while with my SD in the shade and gave me more milk and a water for my SD this is really nice place to hang out too only think is I wish they had an umbrella for the tables but other that it’s amazing here and the drinks are amazing

Never get the online order right…also when I order at the drive thru they don’t get it right either! The vanilla blender doesn’t have Carmel in it why do I keep getting it in my coffee! I asked them to make it correct and she just poured it in a different cup…I mean the Carmel is still in it. Hire adults who do there job not kids who can’t be bothered to!!

I was not impressed, the girl’s attitude. Missing drink and wasn’t expecting to pay if mistake and forgot to make it but if drink wasn’t added would’ve liked the receipt just to confirm and could’ve been a whole ton nicer about it and then would’ve paid if wasn’t paid for already.
I love Ziggi’s, been a customer since the First Ziggi’s came in Firestone. I know what I like and prefer to come then anywhere else.

I love Ziggi’s, but this location is just not it. It’s ridiculously painful to get your order taken. You have to repeat yourself over and over and over and they still get it wrong, and it takes 10 times longer than it should. I have always asked for extra flavor and every time it tastes like there’s almost none. The frozen Red Bull came as if they just melted the ice into it. It wasn’t frozen at all. It just tasted like watered-down Red Bull. And TWICE now I have had to remind the person at the window to take my money because they said “have a good day” and closed the window without taking any type of payment from me. I know they are new but my experience has been the same all 5 or 6 times I have been here. I will continue to go to Ziggi’s, but never again will I be back to this location. They are such a disorganized mess that it’s literally painful as a customer to deal with them. I have never had an issue with any other location.

I visit ziggis pretty often here in Fort Morgan. Place always does exceptional. Brycen is awesome. Sometimes I just say my name at the window and if he’s there they know my order already. Give that man a raise!
