Our church was having an appreciation breakfast and we wanted to make sure that it was a bit more upscale, so we ordered Panera bagels and pastries. The service over the phone was great. (Though you do have to time it correctly when ordering a large catering order over the phone to talk to the catering manager. Not a problem if you give everyone enough time – over a week’s notice.)
Brittany was delightful and made sure that our order was on time and correct, which is great on an early Sunday morning order. We will keep using Panera due to the ease of ordering and their ability to serve us well for a large group of people (600 servings)!
Oh! Also, Brittany made sure to separate the options with nuts for us. Definitely not an allergy I remembered, but that was such a kind gesture.

I came through the drive through Tuesday, September 9th at 7:30 PM. The gentleman who took my order and who worked at the window was extremely caring and thoughtful. He was very kind and quick with my order. The food was very delicious and hot! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!
I got the pick 2: broccoli cheddar soup and the turkey cheddar sandwich. My go to, and it was absolutely delicious!

12/05/2024-UPDATE from one star.
Happy to see a difference from before. Although the pictures are a far cry from what you recieve, thats pretty common. Much more robust sandwiches over several visits and the coffee is still great. Staff is friendly. Bagels seem to have decreased in size over the years but are still delicious. Hopefully my previous experience was a one time.

All I can say is Dam. Panera used to be such a good and reliable value. Place was practically empty at 8:20 AM. Cashier was very polite. Got a to-go order and was immediately told no everything bagels. Actually nothing but asiago and something else bagels. Was able to get one finally as my order was being made but wish I didn’t. Nothing like what they used to be. Better value bagels at Dunkin by far. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Pretty pathetic and almost criminal. Now, I know fast food chains always shortchange your drive-thru and to-go orders because they assume you wont check nor hassle with going back to complain. But Panera? Come on! Looks like Hellen Keller made my sandwiches. Pretty pricey for what you get. Then I went to get my coffee, light roast. But no. Empty. Just like the store. Going again and repost an update.

Great experience here today. Robert the manager here was a ray of sunshine. I’m here for I’m out town taking care of again parents. Robert’s enthusiasm and demeanor, was a wonderful addition to an otherwise gloomy day. Employees need to know that they really can make a different in someone’s day. Don’t minimize the importance of a quality interaction.

The Flat bread pizza is delicious and my wife loves the teriyaki chicken bowl. The food is cooked really well and in a timely manner. Her frozen strawberry lemonade was alright but not great.

I had a wonderful opportunity to spend time with my daughter off work today and enjoy a delightfully delicious breakfast so good. Staff was kind and fabulous. The Asiago breakfast sandwich is my new favorite Had some hazelnut coffee ☕️ with half n half, really wish for favored hazelnut creamer to go along with coffee, but still drank the coffee. The Orange Scone. Oh man is that worth devouring. Perfect combination of scone and orange cream sauce on top. Bagel Tuesday is awesome. Take it the family or group of friends. Although I forgot to ask for the honey cream cheese. Hearing it’s the best.

I’ve tried three times to get a bread bowl and each time no matter what time I come they don’t have any. Came in Sunday they were advertising soufflés they didn’t have any. I have never been to a place that advertises things that they don’t offer on the menu …unbelievably bad situation and the food isn’t that good either The weight was ridiculously long.
