Good pizza and service. Only issue, this Papa Gino’s will not accept Entertainment coupons when they are supposed to, according to Entertainment, who said they will contact to find out why.
Update: Friday evening , January 2023; I was in the area and had an online discount. I ordered BBQ chicken tenders through the app. They were ready at the time I requested. Indoor dining. Ben and Jerry’s ice-cream for sale.
Tenders tasted good .
Update: May-June 2023; Free pizza slice because the Celtics lost to the Heat in game seven. Also had a discount for food through the app. BBQ Chicken, Sweet Teriyaki Toss and Buffalo Toss wings are good . I’ve had better but I wasn’t disappointed. Great service!
October-November 2023: Super Steak Sub was okay. I ordered online two cheese pizzas and they were ready when I arrived. We dined in and the associate looked at the note I had written and gave us what we requested. Thanks . Everyone liked the pizza.
Update August 2024: Crispy chicken was okay.
Update: January-June 2025; The chocolate chip cookies are okay. The Chicken Parmesan Melt tasted okay . The Steak and Cheese with grilled mushrooms pita was good but had a salty taste. The Mushroom Cheeseburger with fries, Hot Veggie Pocket, Lemon Toss Wings and Mango Habanero Toss Boneless Wings were good. The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo was okay. The Two Hot Dogs Basket was okay .

Great food. Great service. We love the hot veggie pocket it’s one of our favorites to get. We tried the Italian sausage and Ricotta pizza and that was also delicious . Food is never a let down.

First time ordering from here and I regret it. $36 Pizza took 1 hour and 10 min to get here from when the store is located 5 minutes away. The pizza has not flavor.

One of the best unnecessary papa’s in this area .Mark the manager was very nice an attentive to my orders very pleasant! Pizza the works was cooked perfectly and I got the ff which was hot ! Not cold an sitting around. Highly recommend the location very pleased

Web order for pizzas and subs. Large Italian shows up with no cheese (?) , no banana peppers or hots (as requested) – skimpiest amounts of meat and vegetables I’ve ever seen. Not worth anywhere near $10.
They use Door Dash for delivery. I have had terrible experiences with them in the past so I called and asked if it was an in – house driver and they said “yes”. Spoiler alert – it was Door Dash. The driver they typically use will call from the driveway and expect us to go out to his car window to get it.

Ordered pizza regular cooked with extra sauce, and it came with burnt crust and barely any sauce on it!! I also ordered fries, they ended up cold and soggy and gross, like they didn’t cook them long enough! I ended up eating a couple peices of pizza and a couple fries and throwing the rest out because it wasn’t even edible!! Probably my first and last visit!
