When I placed my order I was informed my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I Headed to pick up food at the 25 minute mark to be in time for pick up. Arrived to the restaurant and the board showed it was ready in 1-5 minutes. I thought to myself, perfect timing. 15 minutes later nothing ready. I asked the prep guy how much longer. To which he answers your order is next. The longer I’m here talking to you, the longer your food will take to be ready. All in all, over 1 hour for my pizza when I was informed it would be ready in 30 minutes. I’m livid!!! Complete Bullshit

Not a good behaviour and not understanding customers orders, not helping . We ordered veggie pizza and on the menu I just ask him for about the Extravaganza pizza , he didn’t understand and ordered it. We didn’t notice when we paid, after the pizza came then we saw two pizzas, we didn’t say anything to the guy who booked the order but when we opened the box at home the one was non veg pizza without cutting slices (you can see in the picture). Sometimes, it’s hard to get through to a person on the phone at this location. The phone rings and hangs up and you have to try again. The pizzas we have ordered are consistently good. However, the last time we ordered, we received a grilled chicken pizza with mushrooms instead of the tomatoes we had ordered. It was good, but not the combination we wanted.

Heroes work at this location! Ordered a large quantity of pizzas for an event to be held for families at a nearby school, order was mistakenly made for the next night instead of the correct night. The guys working were so incredibly kind about it. Offered to change the date on the order and get started on the order right away so I could pick up and get it to the school while the families were still there. They cranked out 27 pizzas and 4 boxes of bread bites in about 30 minutes and the pizzas were good, too! I am incredibly grateful, they saved us and weren’t rude about it at all, though it was our mistake.

I’m not a frequent Domino’s customer. I can safely say that previous to this occasion, i ate at a Domino’s roughly a year ago.
This is the first time I have used this location.
It took almost two hours to receive my delivery.
The food looked like it was overcooked and dry but was not hot at arrival. The pasta Alfredo was definitely not creamy at all. First and last time, I will ever order from this location again. I tried calling, and no one answered the phone.
