Fries were piping hot and the slaw was excellent. Lobster roll is 3oz@$42/colossal6oz@$52/largest@$72. Lobster is served cold unless you ask for it to be served hot. If served hot the roll and lobster are brushed with piping hot butter and served with hot butter on the side (much better option IMHO. FYI: The app used to order does’t include the option to choose hot or cold lobster. Menu doesn’t mention the lobster itself served hot or cold so you need to ask the server.

We had dinner at Linda Bean’s Lobster Café while waiting for a weather-delayed flight, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with a nautical vibe that makes you feel like you’re dining by the coast. I ordered the lobster roll, and it was delicious—fresh, sweet lobster piled high on a buttery, toasted roll. It was a comforting and satisfying meal that made the wait more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location near Gate #10 made it convenient for travelers. If you’re at the airport and craving a taste of Maine, this spot is worth a visit.

Dear complicated and fickle traveler, it’s airport bar food. It’s basic, large quantities, but decent. It’s also expensive, but go back to my first sentence and re-read. Now that I’ve helped you set real expectations, hopefully I saved you a disappointing visit and you can eat here and enjoy the food with the right mind set. And the food is not half bad for what it is… airport bar food. We liked the quesadilla and the wings. Got the sweet Thia chili sauce on the side and it was pretty good. Also got a regular salad and it was huge. I’d say everything is big enough to share. Keep that in mind when ordering and also the higher prices. And the service was great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We were not disappointed with anything…. But we also had the right mind set. Half the battle.

Bleh.
Lobster should be cooked completely and not served translucent (unless this was a sushi restaurant) in my honest opinion anyhow.

Ordered a regular and a large lobster roll. Dressing was spread on the bun and not mixed with the meat. The lobster meat was laid over the dressing and sprinkled with chopped parsley. Disappointing flavor as in there wasn’t much.

The lobster was translucent as in undercooked. Likely it’s from frozen (which I have no quarrel with) but the packers probably under cook the lobster for a few reasons. 1 is yield. Less cooking time means the meat retains more moisture. Moisture means weight and lobster meat is purchased by the pound
2 could be they leave it undercooked so when you reheat the lobster it can stand it better rather than getting rough but lobster rolls are made with cooked lobster meat and served cold classically and this lobster was under cooked.

It was like “Lobster Snot”

Not great flavor and an unpleasant texture.
Big Money. For a B grade product in my opinion.

I would avoid this place
The waitress was unpleasant and in attentive.

A little pricey for my taste but it a quiet little get away from the terminals hustle and bustle. I was hoping for a large lobster tail bit the choices available were red lobster size at twice the price. Customer service was great

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before our flight. We weren’t even hungry but wanted one more lobster experience. we split the lobster eggs Benedict. Really good. Even without the lobster, the eggs and hollandaise sauce were great! They came with Parmesan tater tots which were perfectly cooked. Crispy and warm.

My waitress was nice. I ordered the $39 lobster roll. It was smaller than expected for that price. I’ve gotten larger portions in other Maine restaurants. There was a glop of tartar sauce under the lettuce making the sandwich very heavy. As I was eating, another waitress came up to me with another lobster roll in her hand. She asked, “Did you order a lobster roll?” Why would she ask me that when she saw me eating one already. I watched what she did afterwards to conclude that my waitress gave me another customer’s order and she had my order in her hand. I agree with other reviewers. They’re very disorganized.

Inedible! Clam chowder had hard potatoes in it and giant pieces of rubber clam. As hungry as I was I could not even get one to break up after chewing (see pic). The lobster roll was not fresh and covered in dry herbs which took over the taste of lobster. Cold slaw inedible-soggy and salty. All around gross!
