This is the world’s slowest Sonic. I frequently have issues where they totally ignore orders. I had it take over 30 minutes to get a large Diet Coke. They will say they are bring your order after checking in on the mobile app and it never comes. Then the car hop will tell you are rude when you ask the status of an order for a drink after 30 minutes. The health department closed them down for a time but the service still sucks. If the app gives you a time of order fulfillment double it and no amount of contacting customer service fixes the problem. Only keep coming because there isn’t another option.

I have given this location at least 6 chances since May 2025 to turn around the horrible service. Today was the final time.
I order on the app to lessen the chances of an inaccurate order but it doesn’t seem to matter here. Wrong food on most occasions, rude staff, EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES. They seem understaffed and I finally walked to the door to retrieve the 2 drinks that were clearly ready for delivery for 15+ minutes. Ringing the red button led to unfulfilled promises of delivery. It’s sad that nothing has improved despite multiple reviews indicating issues.

Slow restaurant. Always under-staffed and getting food takes long so by the time you get your order, the food is cold and ice melted on drinks. Manager acts as cook, order taker, and then gets upset when I ask to cancel order due to how slow service is.

It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get 1 soda. No answer at stall, no answer at drive through. Drove a loop around to reactivate drive though sensor again, finally get an answer and my drink.

We stopped by Sonic during Happy Hour and grabbed a couple of slushies—like always, they never disappoint! The flavors were refreshing and hit the spot on a warm day. The service was quick and friendly, and we really appreciated how clean the car stalls were. It’s always a smooth and enjoyable experience here. Definitely one of our go-to spots for a quick treat!

This is hands down the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, and it’s been consistently bad. The staff are incredibly slow, constantly mess up orders, and have zero regard for customer service. But yesterday was absolutely unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order and waited in my car for over 30 minutes. My order showed as completed, but no one ever acknowledged me—not a word, no check-in, nothing. Meanwhile, I watched multiple other customers get their food with no issue. Finally, when I saw a worker delivering food to someone who arrived after me, I had to speak up. She asked what I ordered, walked off, and came back a few minutes later with my food—no apology, no explanation, no eye contact—just tossed the bag into my hand and walked away before I could even say thank you.

I opened the bag—they forgot my mozzarella sticks. I had to get her attention again. She came back with them a couple of minutes later, still with the same rude attitude and no acknowledgment. As if that wasn’t enough, after I drove off, I realized she didn’t give me a straw, which meant I had to stop somewhere else just to get one.

This place needs a serious overhaul in management and staff training. If your team can’t handle basic manners, accuracy, or efficiency, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Good grief. Took over 40 minutes to get our order and it was still wrong! Numerous missing items, drinks that had clearly been sitting made for a half hour, cold/sloppy food. Just nothing good to say. The car hop didn’t say a word to us. No refund offered or coupons for next time. We weren’t expecting 5 star service from fast food but this was ridiculous.

And this is the final straw. Will no longer waste my time here. From waiting 25-30 mins or receiving cold food. Today asked for cheese fries and they hand me this. Cold disgusting fries and they slapped 2 slices of cheese on it. The person who took my order (Bill was the name the came up on screen) no help at all. Just said I don’t work the kitchen and wakes away. Just plain disrespectful. So else where.

This sonic is going to go under in no time if they can’t find good management and workers with a good attitude and not act like their customers are an inconvenience. The guy they have currently at the window taking orders acts like he’d rather be anywhere else but this job. Rude! Are there that many crappy people out there that this sonic can’t find any good workers? The one on spring green is great. Never have had any issues there with anything. It’s further from me but I’d rather drive the extra mile at this point than have to deal with the kind of service you get here.
