Not even bothering going inside to have this be fixed cause the staff here is obviously not capable . No one was infront of me / no other customers in line and I ended up waiting 10 minutes for just these hash browns . Everytime I go to this location in an emergency if I’m too hungry … I’m reminded why I avoid this dunkin. The crew member that made these looked at these and said yeah I’ll serve them to someone . Disgusting and can’t eat them , taste like charcoal .

My mom is a regular at this Dunk’s, she goes every morning, sometimes at night and often during the middle of the day, and they never fail to disappoint. My mom knows all of the workers (day/early morning shift workers) by name, and they’re all really nice. Depending on who makes your coffee, it can taste different than normal, or really good. Some workers are newer to the job, which is understandable for a bad taste or messed up drink or food item. Ive gone with my mom on her dunk’s arrands quite a few times before, and I have never seen any of the workers act like the other reviews are saying. The largest amount of time I have had to wait for an order was 10 minutes, but that’s because it was low staff and a long line. Depending on if you go inside to the kiosk, or wait in line can vary in waiting time because the drive thru are the orders that are mostly/always made before kiosk orders.

Worse dunks in Exeter. Anytime I’ve gone to this one they’ve completely made my order wrong. I don’t understand what’s wrong with this crew but the one on Epping Rd in the Mobil is 10x better and always gets it right. I won’t be coming back, I’m tired of a simple coffee being so wrong every single time.

Walked in and all the workers were being super immature, I understand it’s fast food but is it that hard to lower your voice or go to the back? Elementary service, 3 for 3 whenever I have ordered from here my food is slammed squished or something is messed up, please just go to aroma joes.

Paid $6 for a coffee and they didn’t even fill the cup all the way. If you’re expecting to get your money’s worth, don’t come here. You’ll leave with less than you paid for—literally. Disappointing experience. Ps the espresso shots they pull are sour.

Worse service I’ve ever experienced..the workers are to busy playing on their phones or being a DJ with the music..music is inappropriate first of all and very loud to the point where you can’t even hear the customers..the crew doesn’t know how to work together as a team..coffee isn’t fresh..store is dirty..Jan the manager doesn’t know how to run the store..she lets her daughter who I think is 6/7 work on the floor making coffees and getting food..makes me wonder if they ever actually watch the cameras at that store but I’ll say they definitely need to take a look and see what’s actually happening at that location..

A dunks is a dunks… But this staff (11/21/25 @ 0645am) just ignores the customers waiting in line inside. Me and a friend stood there for about 10-15 minutes, no greeting, and our orders not taken, while the staff walked by intentionally not making eye contact or engaging with us. We left without ordering. Lame…

Absolutely the best Dunkin’s I have been too , the Mgr Jan ( I think) is a true leader , coming from a Mgmnt background myself , she does amazing job holding exceptional standards across the board , and it’s apparent based on the employee and atmosphere she cultivates!
Hi five to the mgr and her team for running truly one of the best Dunkin’s across New England . I have been going to this Dunkin for past year . But originally from ct have been too a lot of Dunkin’s across New England . This one store takes the cake as the best .

The food is normal Dunkin food, donuts are fresh as they can be, coffee is made as requested I have found. The sandwiches seem to be a little rushed. (Ever get that kinda cold side of a sandwich where the cheese isn’t melted??? Well that happens 4 times out of 10 here lets say).
They are super busy and do move the line. Parking is hard, drive thru is good but the turn in and out is difficult. Drivers beware.
Best part about this location is the employees by far. Super nice group of individuals, mostly seem young. Very friendly and upbeat. I just moved to the area and I visit the location almost daily. Happy to have my local Dunkin donuts have such a nice crew.
