As someone who is a fan of Panda Express, the food was WAY better here in terms of flavor and depth of flavor. If you ask for Lo Mein and Fried Rice it’s a .50¢ charge. One refill on drink, only, after that there is a charge for an additional refill. The flavor was really good, spicy stuff was spicy, crispy stuff was crispy. Flavor all throughout. Place was clean. My biggest complaint would be the customer service. Three people behind the counter talking, we walked up to order and ask questions, still talking, we tried to order, still talking. We mentioned that it was our first time, there was no offer to sample, which they later explained that they can do…. later, after we’d already ordered. No one was rude but the staff needs some lessons on focusing on the customer, rather than ignoring them in favor of their conversation. Also, as they got busy one of the staff members literally did nothing the whole time, while the other 2 worked… oh no, wait, she braided her hair behind the counter while the other 2 worked.

It’s my 1st time here. It was recommended by other foodies. I ordered from the drive-thru menu. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered 4 meals for my family. There was a little wait, but the meals came out hot, fresh out of the wok. They were all very tasty and the meat was very tender. The prices are reasonable for the serving size… good portions. I’ll definitely come back again. Come check them out for yourself.

Stopped in after picking up my daughter from Boeing Center for a little mommy daughter lunch after I saw a post on IG about this place. We ate inside, and the restaurant was clean, and the girls behind the counter were helpful and kind. We ordered a 3-meat plate to share, and I got her a Boba tea.
The food and drinks were okay. I wouldn’t say great, but it wasn’t bad either. The portions more than what the two of us could try to finish, but we were not overly impressed with the food itself. I can honestly say that we probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon, but we wouldn’t be opposed to going back ever.

First time here food is very delicious grape flavor big on portions it was so delicious it reminds me of authentic Chinese food they have all the favorites I died in the only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t any napkins on the table or anywhere on the counter put the food the food was delicious the price was real good

I’ve finally found some bourbon chicken here in San Antonio! This place has large portions at good prices. It wasn’t bad and arrived still fresh and hot as I had it delivered but it’s honestly not much of an improvement from mall Chinese food. I like that the sauces used weren’t overly sweet and didn’t drench the food, the vegetables were crisp, and the crab ragoon was crunchy and filled perfectly,

This place is the worse place to go to. Costumer service is the worse ever. Full of a bunch of entitled teenagers who think it’s okay to close when they feel like it. I got out of work and just wanted some noodles. It was before 8:30 and the doors were already locked. I was upset because it was cold outside and they were just staring at me through the other side of the glass not even doing anything just on their phones. One of the teenagers moping told me to go through the drive through or go home. 0/10 I left. Oh also they up charge if they feel like it. HR will definitely be hearing from me.

Food wasnt what i thought it was going to be. The restaurant smelled like the sewer backed up. The tea was bad, had to throw it out and get a Dr Pepper. The girls were very nice and gave great service. Was hoping for better.

The food is awesome little to no seating and standoffish crew most of the time but the food is so delicious and phenomenal. I highly recommend to go orders and delivery orders and service. Yum!

Food was good, but charging surcharge half fried rice half chow mein is wild. Chow mein better than the rice in my opinion. Orange chicken is mid. Teriyaki chicken on point though. Dinning room is nice and cold and music is good. Employees are super nice and fast.

The location is very clean and I LOVE the drive thru option. Unfortunately they have not gotten the drive thru wait time to an acceptable leve but I had “The Plate” with two entrees and noodles. Great flavor, very good portions and I really liked the price as well. I like how you can walk in and see exactly what you are going to get and the line is much quicker inside. All in all , four stars for food and service. I think this might become a BIG westside HIT.
