Had high expectations with this restaurant specially since we’ve been to the other triple pepper location only to find out that this location has different owners although coincidentally their menus look very close or similar to each other watch out for the spice levels we ended up getting the screaming chicken and it definitely made me scream despite the fact that I’ve thought I could handle a pretty high spice levels it definitely made me get through an entire stack of napkins pretty quickly at the dinner table and a few glasses of water. The good stuff was the vegetable spring rolls and the soup was decent. I also liked the dry cauliflower for the main dish but by the end of it we realised that we definitely had ordered a lot of food so ended up doing a bunch of doggy bags, but overall good experience our server was nice. My husband had made a comment that some of their dishes were chipped in which they served us so that’s that, but overall good experience.

This restaurant is elegantly decorated, including the clean restrooms. The dining environment is very good. The Sichuan style cuisine is also authentic enough, above the average of similar restaurants I have been to. I’d like to deduct one star for their service. The order of serving was kind of disorganized. We got our entrees first, then utensils, appetizers, and drinks. It may have to do with the time of our arrival, after the usual lunch peak. I think if their team can coordinate better, the dining experience would be much better. I’d also like to give a thumbs up for the team leader, who was able to handle situations and complaints very smoothly and effectively. I would consider coming back in some time, hoping to have a better rating next time.

Easily one of the best chinese food Ive had. Everything tasted so good and flavorful. I tried the egg drop soup, cream cheese puffs, cumin lamb, triple peppers crispy chicken, chicken and broccoli, general tsos, pork baos, and the fried rice, all were delicious. But my favorites were the cream cheese puffs, triple peppers crispy chicken, cumin lamb, and egg drop soup. Def recommend!

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Even though my kids don’t usually like spicy food, they still enjoyed it and ate a lot. The flavors were authentic and well balanced, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming.

One of the best Sichuan restaurants in town. Must try the Spicy screaming chicken which was outstanding. We also tried Lamb triple pepper and dry pot prawns which were great too!
Hot and Sour soup was 10/10.
Thier service was fantastic.
Tip for your visit: Ask the waiter what to order.
Highly recommended.

This was my first time here and everything was so delicious. Our server, Tracy, was super attentive and knew the menu really well. The egg drop soup and scallion pancake were some of the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, every dish was amazing I kept eating even after I was full lol. If you need a sign to try this place, this is it!

Everything was so good. We tried their spicy crispy chicken which was super juicy and crispy. Their wonton with chili oil was super yummy. Their lo mein was super favorable & their rainbow dumplings were delicious.
The service was super slow, there was only 1 waiter and it took her 40 mins to get a to go box but other than that, the food was great and will be coming back

Came here on a hosted visit, always happy to find good Chinese food in the loop! Mapo tofu and Ants Climbing a Tree were highlights, and I loved that the scallion pancake had more of a fluffed texture like a roti

We thought we would try a new place while in Houston. Triple pepper did not disappoint!! We felt so bad about getting there just shortly before closing, but they were so nice and accommodating. Also, the food was amazing! The crispy chicken and fried rice were the best parts but it was all delicious! A great stop on our way back to San Antonio.
