Very unique menu. Was impressed with their selection. Ordered broccoli & cheddar. Was slightly lacking flavor but not bad at all. The Thyme Traveler was good. Could have been a bit hotter, but they were busy. Will def be back.

This is the Soup lovers dream… So many soups on hand, you’ll get dizzy. The “Soup of the day” is usually at least 16 different choices, and then there is the sandwich board… They have about 30 different sandwiches and paninis to choose from. You’ll have to get there a half hour early just to make up your mind with all these choices! The food is excellent… Closed Sunday, they take credit cards.

They get a 3-star rating because that is the average of the 5-star food and the 1-star service. It’s a shame really because their food is VERY GOOD but their service is consistently TERRIBLE. So, enjoy their delicious soups and paninis but be prepared to be annoyed. No one else in line? 10 people in line? It doesn’t matter – you’re not getting out of there in less than 15 minutes. There have been multiple occasions when there was no line and I stood at the counter while several employees saw and ignored me. At least give me a friendly “I’ll be right with you” or something. Perhaps they have a management issue because turnover seems quite high and everyone that works there is always crabby.

Great soup!! I got the minestrone and it had like 7 different veggies in it. They have a special also half a panini and small soup for 7.95. It is good but you can make it at home. We ordered the thyme frame. It was delicious deli meat ham, turkey, melted swiss, with honey mustard on warm golden toasted bread. This place is very busy! I suggest calling in your order so you can by pass the long line and go straight to the call in counter. We will be back if in the area. I can not stress how good the soups are!!! They offer a wide variety that changes often. Friendly counter staff.

I go to this place after school once a week and normally it is very good but today I went there and preordered on the phone I got a wrap and said it was supposed to be a hot wrap but that was misunderstood no big deal at all but I picked it up I brought it home not knowing that the wrap was cold. I called the store and was very polite and just clarified the wrap was supposed to be hot, the girl on the phone was very nice said no big deal we can remake it for you. So I drove all the way back and waited 10 minutes. Then this guy comes out very aggressively and goes well where is the wrap you ordered I said oh it’s at home i’m just waiting for them to remake it since it was wrong still being very polite then he goes “we are not remaking your wrap for you” I said oh well the girl on the phone said it will be remade and he proceeded to yell at me telling me that it’s my fault I did not specify that the wrap was hot and I nicely told him when I ordered it I said the words a hot wrap. He proceeded to tell me to to get out of the store. Honestly i’m disgusted.
