Can’t say I’d go back if not just for service and perhaps a beer.
The front-of-house is a disaster. Service is slow, disorganized, and staffed by people who seem more interested in arguing, telling wild stories, or doing drugs. On my last visit, the bartender/manager on duty, Anthony who repeatedly tells guests he “owns this bar” delivered some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Long waits, inappropriate behavior, and zero professionalism.
More importantly, the overall atmosphere raises major safety concerns. There’s a clear pattern of erratic behavior behind the bar, I’m not accusing any specific individual of anything — but it’s the kind of environment where you genuinely don’t feel secure leaving your drink unattended.
Several people I came with said the same thing: “This place doesn’t feel safe anymore.” And that’s heartbreaking for a restaurant that once meant so much to me and others.
I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe or enjoyable night out. Please change this.
The dining room area was dimly light and not too bright while the music was a good jam of songs on the speaker, not too loud which allowed us to really enjoy the food. For a pop up, it wasnt bad. But some additional sides options would be good. So i’ll try again.
The first course of food came before our drinks… The food was terrible. Shrimp was fried in with shells and impossible to eat. Chicken dish had no flavor whatsoever and the consistency was gummy and hard to eat. Heard great things about this place but it was just bad all around…
Love The Eclectic atmosphere here, I hear that it’s another restaurant during the daytime. I tried the Spanish octopus and was highly satisfied. This place is a bit pricey, but a great late night dinner spot especially if you have a hot date
Seems to be suffocating from understaffing, much like every other restaurant in Georgia (facing wave after wave of people wanting to go outside). So I’m emphasizing the patience required.
Tacos were to die for. Wish I knew I should have ordered more but given the extremely high quality, my self righteous standards were exceeded, despite long wait times. Strong first impression.
