Have always ordered from Paisanos in Frederick. Something changed, someone took over. Whoever it is completely change the pizzas into cheese soup. Soggy, impossible to eat. We used to order every single Friday. And we tried again with family in town. Sadly, it’s still a hard no on the pizzas.

We usually order from Paisano’s and the food is usually amazing but unfortunately tonight it was different. I ordered wings and they looked like someone forgot to set a timer. They were overcooked and dry. My pizza was mediocre and overcooked. It was cut but my slices were not coming out, so I had to cut it again. Definitely disappointed because I was looking forward to the meal.

This was my first time here and will definitely be back. Very delicious and hearty serving of lasagna. No complaints about the pizza. The cheesecake was super creamy with the yummy strawberry topping . The meal was a hit tonight, thank you so much! Last but certainly not least, the owner is very nice and welcoming . He clearly cares about his customers .

When Paisanos first opened up in Frederick Maryland the quality of food was great. They’re steak and cheese was one of the best it even had me switch from a carry-out that I was previously going to. But now the quality of food especially the cheesesteak has fell off, I just ordered one 3 days ago and it was horrible. I will be going back to my previous carry out for my wings and cheesesteaks.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Paisano Pizza for years, ordering from here at least twice a week. But today’s experience was beyond unacceptable it was disrespectful. I ordered crispy wings, but they were far from it—undercooked, soggy, and they still had FEATHERS on them absolutely disgusting. I called and was told they’d remake them. Fine. But what happened next was the final straw.The delivery guy shows up, doesn’t greet me, doesn’t apologize nothing. First thing out of his mouth: “Give me the other wings. No customer service, no decency, no acknowledgment that they messed up. He just snatched the new wings from behind his back like it was some shady exchange. I showed him the feathers to make a point not that he seemed to care. The entire situation felt like they thought I was just trying to get free food. Let me be VERY clear: I don’t need free food.

I placed a large order for pizza today and the system was down and I could not proceed with my order so I called the Ballenger Creek location and spoke to a very kind gentleman who tried to help me. Come to find out their system was down but they made and delivered my order and once the system came back up they were able to pay for the order. They went above and beyond to see that I got my order delivered on time and was extremely friendly. I will always order my pizza from them.

Uber from this restaurant and omg it’s good!!! Right away I could smell the delicious and the smell did not disappoint to the taste every thing was delicious. I ordered a small meat lover pizza and fettuccine Alfredo that come with a side of garlic bread. Then for dessert I ordered a cannoli. Every was a great price for size and taste. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

I usually order from Paisano’s Pizza almost every Sunday for my family and kids, and it’s usually a good experience. However, today was completely unacceptable. I ordered a bag of wings about 5–10 minutes ago, and the chicken was raw and bloody. This is extremely unsanitary and dangerous, as undercooked chicken can cause serious illnesses like salmonella.
While I called the store and received a refund for the $8 wings, the fact that this even happened is very concerning. Serving raw chicken is a major health risk. I really hope I don’t get sick, but this has made me reconsider ordering from here again. Mistakes happen, but this is something that should never be overlooked.
