I ordered a complicated order for 4 adults on the app tonight. As you can assume, it has many different sauces plus more I added. They got the entire order right and on time. The food was fresh and delicious. Great job you guys! I’ll be back.

I ordered online and waited on my food. No one brought it out. Once I went in, I could see it on counter. I asked for fresh food. The Mgr acted bothered but replaced it. Probably my last time at Arab store.

We went through the drive through and the guy on the headset was being kinda pushy for us to order our food we had got a chicken sandwich the Chicken sandwich that we ordered was nothing but fatty, the fry’s had hardly any seasoning on them, on top of that before we left the drive through I asked if there was a Zaxbys sauce in the bag the girl at the window said yes, it in fact was not in the bag . To top it all off no napkins what’s so ever. Have never really had a problem with arab Zaxbys until today, just awful!

Was there 12/12/25 PM. This place is dire need of adult management. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was rubbery I could not eat it. They gave me a fried chicken sandwich. The bun was so greasy I had to take the chicken out and thrown bun away. I told them the ice maker was pouring water in the floor. They did nothing.
The tea cannister was empty.
Some of your higher up district managers should be forced to eat there every day. Chick fe la is only place that knows how to run a chicken place.

What’s the point of being a chicken restaurant when you cant even remember to include the dipping sauces with your chicken.. completely unacceptable especially when someone pays for extra!!! Learn to read or pay attention to what youre doing!!! Just because the other restaurants in Arab suck doesn’t mean you have to too!!
Update: They still suck. Paid extra for sandwich toppings i didnt get. No sauces in the bag at all. No ice in the tea. This is the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to

I ordered Asian Zensation salad with Asian slaw and the slaw taste like sauerkraut. The cabbage were soggy, the lettuce became soggy and slimy. I think the slaw is expired.

I got a 8 piece boneless wing meal, 2 pieces of the “chicken” was just batter with no chicken in it, didn’t get any dressings for the 2 salads, and no ranch for the wings at all, also got some cheesecake bites and didn’t get the strawberry sauce it’s supposed to come with. Idk what it is with this place and their sauces but they never give me any even when I verbally ask for some.
