I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for almost two years now, and I buy a sandwich about three times per week—usually spending between $12 and $16 depending on what I order.

The staff has always been great, and I’ve even completed multiple 5-star surveys from my receipts.

Today, I requested a simple substitution: a round egg instead of the folded egg on my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, because the folded eggs are cooked on plastic (YUCK).

I was told they couldn’t do that, even if I was willing to pay an upcharge. I’m sorry, but it’s ridiculous that such a simple request can’t be accommodated. I just want a real egg on my sandwich. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Again, the staff has been great over the years. Thank You.

Terrible service, machines didn’t work properly, kept resetting to the main screen, placed order three times machine just reset back to main screen, finally just moved to a different machine. Didn’t print me a receipt. Got to the register and the so called manager needed me to repeat my order three times only to tell me I never paid for it. So I opened my bank account and showed they charged me. Only for her to say “it’s not my fault the machine wasn’t working”. Then after making me feel like I was the idiot for complaining about it never gave me a drink cup, turned around and told someone else to give me a cup… I asked to speak to a manager. Cause I felt seriously offended as of this point. She says “I am the manager”. Good work mcdonalds customer service is now worse than your ingredients!!! If I could score this store with a zero I would.

I know it’s a fast food place but when you have an allergy it’s a different story. This is not the only time this has happened, any modification with an order is not fulfilled.

When did this become the new normal for a medium fry? They used to be to the top of the back part of the fry box. For as long as I can remember. Now it’s barely half full and it’s been like this the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been there. Can we fill them normally again?

Just just wanted to say thank you for the service through drive-through today. It made my day and I donated money also because she was friendly smiling and also the manager at the second window when I told them how the customer service was food was good. Got what I wanted. It was hot. Good job guys. It makes me come through there again. I do service work. Have a good day.

McDonald’s Mobile Order Review – Poor Customer Service Experience

I placed a mobile order at McDonald’s and ordered four large fries. When I got home, I realized two of the fries were half empty—literally not even close to full. I called the store to report the issue, and the supervisor I spoke to (I believe his name was Oscar) apologized and told me to come back and they would replace the two fries they messed up.

When I got back to the store, I was helped a a mix breed female employee at the window who had a clear attitude from the start. She asked me the supervisor’s name, and I wasn’t sure at first, but I remembered it was Oscar. Instead of communicating clearly or being helpful, she just told me the total for the fries like I was placing a new order—even though the manager had already approved the replacement.

I asked her if the supervisor was coming to the window, and she finally said he already told her to go ahead and give me the fries. But she never communicated that in the first place. She handed me the receipt and shut the window without a word of explanation, apology, or even basic respect.

Let’s be real if you work in fast food, you deal with customers all day. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers, especially when they’re fixing a mistake your team made. I didn’t come at anyone with an attitude. I simply came back to get what I paid for, and I was treated like I was doing them a favor.

Y’all messed up my order, wasted my gas, and then gave me attitude on top of that. The least I expected was decent customer service and some respect. Do better.

After taking 20 minutes to write review and McDonald’s showing.me an ad I never agreed to, I decided they get one star. Horrible service if any at all, food was flattened, extra dry old burger patty, but I was so very hungry, just over all horrible experience for two people. Over 20$ Got a qtr lber, it came flatter, overdone, and it was smashed. The pickles we’re stacked on top of each other. Humbled myself bc I was very hungry. Should have taken pic without the top bun. Also, they didn’t have any ketchup in their dispensers, or offer salt and pepper. You have to ask. 12/11/23… Ordered one m double and small fries… Took 20 mins. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the chain

Got a senior coffee . Yech !!!
