Expect to wait for your pizza even when you place the order ahead of time. 20 minutes after order was placed I was told it’s the next one to be made, wait another 15 minutes they said. There was 1 pizza in the oven at that time and no sense of urgency from the staff. Do better.

In my experience, every time I’ve ordered from this particular shop, the taste of the pizzas and wings is delicious compared to other pizzerias in the area. The staff is friendly, but they do take a long time, which is understandable when there are many orders on weekends, so order in advance.

Customer service here is awesome, i had to call twice because i was getting confused on the app and they were so nice about it. Plus my delivery driver was still smiling as soon as i opened the door, even though it’s like -2 degrees outside.❄️

Placed a delivery order at around 10:30pm on January 16th. The pizza arrived at 2am. Now they said they were short staffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but my pizza and wings were stone cold. Ended up just tossing the food. Would not recommend ordering delivery at night.

Fresh and fast every time. We order once a month and always have great service and delivery time.
Have tried the pastas, pizza, desserts, wings, breadsticks, and finally a sandwich this time. All good! Some favorites are the pasta primavera and 6 cheese pizza. We always have leftovers for lunch the next day.
They have dozens of locations around Des Moines so easy to find. I do online ordering for an even easier experience. Right now they are doing contactless delivery. Works great.
The lava cake dessert is so rich and tasty that I want to be buried with it.

Upgraded to the new cheese dip and was just hard cheese, nothing dipable about it. Twice they have not honored their two minute carry out promise. They barely put any toppings on the pizza even when you order extra, even double. Have a whole slice with zero toppings. They messed up my order and had to wait while the rest of my food got cold sitting on the front counter.

This was the worst pizza-delivery experience I’ve ever had. The location was .9 miles from my hotel. There was no rain, no snow, no apocalypse. I ordered regular pizza. It didn’t have seal meat, chocolate chips, pheasant breast, truffles, or arugala on it.
I received my email confirmation at 11:00 PM. The online “Order Tracker” said that it was out for delivery at 11:17.
At 11:45, I called to check on it. I was told that they were slammed, and it should be there in 20 minutes. At 12:15, I called again, and was told that it just left, and would be there soon.
I got it at 12:20. You can imagine how “hot and fresh” my pizza is.
Never again.
