Stopped in on our way out of town. Don’t have a picture of the waffle breakfast sandwich since I ate it already but look at these donuts. Customers and staff alike all so friendly and enjoying the food and good company. A must stop when you’re in Tuscaloosa.

I came in on a Saturday while I was in town visiting. I remember coming here frequently as a student, but I was not impressed by the quality of my donut. It was really dry which is not how I remembered them being. I was able to find a table inside and the cashier was very nice.

I had such a wonderful experience at Babe’s Donuts downtown. The pastries were incredibly fresh, warm, and clearly made with care (cinnamon rolls and chocolate covered donuts) .
The staff was kind, responsive, and patient even during a busy morning, and the whole visit felt genuinely welcoming.
You can tell this is a place where people take pride in what they do — everything looked amazing, and what we ordered was delicious. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in Tuscaloosa and want a sweet treat made with heart.

I was visiting from out of town and my coworkers had recommended Babe’s. It did not disappoint. Great service, nice vibes. The breakfast sandwixh I ordered – bacon egg and cheese – was amazing. Will definitely return to try out other things on the menu for my next visit to Tuscaloosa.

Great breakfast burrito and donut options, both relatively healthy and appropriately unhealthy. Fresh hot coffee too. Opens early at 6a which is great when you’re on a schedule. Will definitely be back!

Great breakfast sandwich and donut holes! They had fresh donuts and hot sandwiches which were made while we waited a very short time. Indoor and outdoor seating but the indoor was tight. We waited about 15 minutes to have our order taken but it was worth it!

First time coming to this donut shop in Tuscaloosa! I got donut holes, Oreo donut, maple bacon donut, and a jalapeño kolache. All the donuts were amazing and my jalapeño kolache was so delicious! The person at the cashier could have smiled more but other than that I had a great experience and would come again!
