This is the best Haitian food I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming here for years, never had any issues. I always call in my order. I had an issue today, I went back explained my issue and they fixed it with no problem. I will always be a customer, happily.

Awful customer service, their food is one of the best and their pikliz is second to none, but the service leaves much to be desired. Good luck if you make an order over the phone and try to make a change of the sides. I love haitian food, and I would love to support their business, but not to rudeness.

If you like the taste of great food, you must make Family Restaurant a routine destination. The food is amazing, the service is great. When you eat there, you have the impression that Family Restaurant passes on to you a feeling of Increase, even more than just food. The restaurant is located right across from the Palm Beach International Airport, so if you travel to the Palm Beach Area from a long flight, you can easily stop at Family Restaurant to eat. So grateful this place exists for all of us to enjoy! Keep up the good work!

The food is great, but it doesn’t make up for how terrible the customer service is. If you call in your order, make sure it’s correct before you leave the restaurant. They take orders over the phone without asking for your name, and when you arrive, they ask you to repeat your order all over again—then you end up waiting even longer.
They seriously need to do better. At this point, I no longer want service from them, no matter how good the food is.

The food here is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Service is quick and the staff is incredibly welcoming every time I visit. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality—just like the name suggests. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Haitian food and a friendly atmosphere!

Few weeks ago, I was in West Palm Beach and I discovered this hidden gem. By far the best Haitian restaurant in the county. My experience at Family restaurant was amazing. I ordered du riz ak poids avec griot. This meal brought back memories from my childhood in Haiti. The owners Joel and his wife are friendly and kind they made sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area. I recommend you check it out.

It saddens me that I had to write this review but they sold us a 4 plate of plantain with turkey the plantain was black we didn’t notice until we got home and mind you we got it for a guest we had at home we end up by not serving it them we called them and let them know all they was talking about is how they are the number 1 in Palm beach and the owner told us since we in need of the $88 he’ll give it to us just pure disrespectful everyone working in that restaurant
