The employees don’t wash their hands and they get upset when you request that they wash them. The manager Sandra apologized for the incident and offered a credit. When reordered the manager Sandra took my order and submitted it incorrectly. When I arrived to retrieve my pizza I noticed it was wrong. The employees argued with me and wouldn’t remake it. I spoke with Sandra the next day and she told me she didn’t care, I complain too much and hung up on me!

I had to check out the new Parmesan crust pizza from dominoes and ITS SO GOODD OMGGG. I ordered my signature white sauce pizza with Philly steak and green peppers – the BEST combo. I only spent $13 on it. Service was great, the guy who rang me up and made my pizza was super cool and nice.

I only gave one star because a few pieces are slightly edible and partially what I ordered. Also half the cheese is on top of the box. The boxes looking like they were in a fight. I ordered two pizzas and only could salvage enough from each to make one.

So, this is the second time in less than 2 weeks that this Domino’s location has gotten my order incorrect. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and a pasta dish with ham, mushrooms and onions both times. I looked at my pizza and there were no mushrooms, so I return to the store and the employee tells me they ran out of mushrooms. I didn’t say anything because it looks like they supplemented it with extra pepperoni. I’m assuming they did the same for the pasta dish, so I don’t look at the pasta dish until I go to eat it the next day (totally my fault). They put chicken in my pasta dish again and almost no onions or ham again, and this is the SECOND time they’ve done this in less than weeks. Why are you not reaching out to the customer to let them know when you’ve run out of a topping instead of taking upon yourselves to put any kind of topping you want to put on? I even tried to reach out to them by phone the next day and was given the run around and put on hold. You wont get my money again. I’ll just go up the street to Ledo’s from now on.

Please don’t order Brooklyn pizza from here. They don’t know how to make Brooklyn pizza. After I said this is not Brooklyn style, they just explained some crust thing which is wrong. I tried in multiple outlets and till now I never had this issue. I reached customer care but absolutely worse service. Adding the picture here for reference. This is second time happened. Brooklyn Pizza?
I got a large Brooklyn Pizza. Came home, stared at it. It looked more like a hand tossed pizza with thick crust, rising edge, little cheese, almost tasting no sauce. You cannot fold it because it is too thick.
After a few bites, I called the store to inquire. The guy said Brooklyn style is not thin crust, it’s like hand tossed but not as thick as hand tossed.
I googled and looked up a few video reviews of Domino’s Brooklyn Style pizza. My pizza certainly does not look like what I saw in those videos. It is definitely much thicker!
Very disappointed! I don’t know if this store and it’s workers know what Brooklyn Pizza is or was it just a mistake! And they cut it into 8 pieces.
One good thing. Service was very quick. 10 min. Store clerks were pleasant. And the price was fine. $7.99 special.

Worst experience ever. The pizza we ordered was vegetarian and we got a pizza with meat on it. The manager was rude and told us that it was our fault to begin with as ordered a specialty pizza.

Pizza is good what is unfortunate is that the ap for this location doesn’t work properly apparently only for pick up is not accurate because this is my second order that I place and the app say is ready but is not I’m at curve side order and I go ask why is say complete and instead of apologizing to me the employee acted as I’m bothering them is unfortunately that is the only dominos close to me but i guess I will find away to order little seaser if they don’t want to be bother with customers .

While my pizza arrived in a timely manner it had obviously been dropped, as the slices were all separated. The pie may have “shattered” so easily due to the fact that it was partially burnt. An overcooked, thin crust pizza is the worst!

The food can be hit or miss sometimes you order and the food is good and other times it’s overcooked or something. The delivery for these orders is terrible they managed to deliver my food to the wrong house 5 or 6 different times in about a month.
