Came in around 3pm on a Wednesday- it’s a bit hidden so drive carefully! The parking lot is right before the car wash and has plenty of parking.

We ordered the Pistachio mousse cake and the creme brûlée bar- both were delicious but the pistachio was the winner! Highly recommend the cinnamon brown sugar latte with almond milk, just sweet enough but not overwhelming. There are restrooms and hand wash station outside of them. Would return for another chat and cafecito kind of day. I brought my mom, who’s an avid (picky) coffee lover and she enjoyed the taste of her decaf latte

I was a little disappointed. I traveled there specifically for an Affogato only to find out they didn’t have any ice cream. They made it sound like it was a seasonal thing. If it was, the menu should say that. I ended up getting an ice coffee. It was okay. It had a strange aftertaste. Service was unusually slow, even though we were the only ones in line. Ambiance is nice. It has an industrial feel to the cafe. I did try their lemon tart and s’mores bar, but I wasn’t impressed. The crust was soggy. Pastries like that should have a crunchy texture. I may be back, only if they have Affogatos available.

I had a lovely latte and pastry here, and the atmosphere of the cafe is super cute. I highly recommend Spruce Cafe for relaxing or getting some work done.

In SSF for a basketball tourney and looking for coffee. Found this excellent place with great seating. Incredible looking pastries I didn’t try including a masterpiece of an e’claire. Had the excellent, not too much icing cinnamon and role and a very tasty cappuccino. Check out the fantastic barista art!

Good espresso, food and service. Always pleasure to be here.

The atmosphere is dimly lit, but it’s cold inside, and it’s chilly to sit on metal chairs and use cold marble tables. I think the furniture, except for the wooden table, should be updated and more seating should be added.

Came in today this Sunday around 1pm during a slight rush. This is not about the service as the cashier/barista was very nice and efficient and even let everyone know she’ll be with the waiting customers in a moment, but the management could do better with the staffing. I’ve come numerous times and a lot of them I see the staff member alone. The coffee is top notch and some of the pastries (leek croissant being my favorite) are good, but having only one person work both the register and coffee on a weekend is not ideal and I’m sure they feel the same.
The interior of the cafe does need some work; seating is not the most comfortable inside and the outside space seems like it’s never cleaned.
If you ever visit, I suggest getting their “black” late or havana latte–typically what I order when I visit.

I really wanted to like this place after seeing all the great photos and reviews but unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. As other reviews have said, the place is cold and needs a good cleaning and while the Ritual beans make a great tasting coffee, the wait is long and the staff seemed overwhelmed by even a slow stream of customers. The woman making espresso drinks seemed to have no sense of urgency or joy in her work, though the cashier was friendly, and the space didn’t seem well set up for service – no coffee stirrers and I had to ask for cream. The cups dripped a stream of hot coffee out of the top seam when you put the lids on, which is a really annoying flaw we had on both cups. Pastries looked good but just tasted okay. With a few changes it could be a really special place – some fun ideas on the menu – but as it is I can’t recommend it.

I had the most dry tiramisu I’ve ever had I’m not even sure they dipped the ladyfingers in espresso. I also had a pistachio lemon cake that was ok but left a waxy feeling in my mouth this too was dry and crumbly. I also had a rose latte which most places just use rose water or rose infused milk. This place put a handful of rose petals in my latte there was not a sip I had without out getting a petal in my mouth. However the latte had a cute little bear drawn on top. I couldn’t hear the cashier and they couldn’t hear me either. It was loud. The ambiance and interior of the place was very clinical and white.

Gem! Got a lot of work done here. There’s vibes for everyone! Inside you’ll see lot of people mostly working. There’s a big extension for charging in the middle seating not sure about the other seats. For more social hanging out, they have really nice out door seating. They work with ritual coffee and dandelion for some really nice drink offerings! They also have a large selection of pastries and some food options too!
