Went there yesterday to eat with my sister and mom for the first time and omg. Their spicy miso ramen was so so so good. Perfect on spice. We also tried the pork gyoza and the Shoyu ramen which was absolutely delicious as well. The lady that helped us was very nice. Overall a great first time and will definitely be returning.

Lovely little ramen shop. Beautiful interior, looked clean. Service was quick and pleasant. Whole menu looked good but i had the tempura shimp udon. Once its cold im bringing a thermos with me so i can take the broth on the road its so good.

This place is so underrated. The ramen is very good and the interior of the restaurant is comforting and well decorated. I especially love the woman at the counter. She is always so cheerful and friendly.

The Tonkotsu ramen is rich and warming. Special shoutout of the Tuna Avocado roll. When I get a craving for sushi and don’t want to travel far or spend a ton, it really hits the spot.

Ordered the Pork Goyza, Spicy Ramen, and the Shoyu Ramen. I really liked the Goyza. I should have ordered more. The Spicy Ramen was very good and a good heat level. I found the Shoyu Ramen to be a bit salty for my preference. This is a small restaurant. It’s very nice and clean. The woman working upfront was very friendly. I really enjoyed the food and will be back to try other items.

This was my first time ever trying ramen, and it was everything I imagined and MORE. The broth was perfect, savory, hot and delectable. The bamboo shoots were delicious and the meat was so, so, so soft and savory. Overall the entire experience was nice and I’d definitely stop by again. The girl that was working there last night needs to work on her customer service skills though, she seemed very angry or who knows what, but we didn’t let it phase our dining experience. So glad you guys are only a few minutes from home.

Was looking for a good ramen option, and this place had the highest rating in the area. Service was OK, everyone can have an off day. The chicken karage was very good, so that was promising. Unfortunately, it kind of went down from there. The tonkatsu ramen was under whelming for us, watery, no depth of pork flavor and not sure why they use small white noodles. Spicy ramen was the same, the tonkatsu base was bland, and the spice was basically pepper corns, which I’m not a fan of. The spicy miso Ramen was also not good, same pepper corn spices, but the broth was sweet. My ramen was good, the shoyu based one, yellow noodles were spot on. All of the eggs that came with the ramen were mostly hard boiled, not soft boiled, so the execution was not there. The sushi was under whelming, i prefer HEBs. Prices are decent, but overall, I can say I would not be coming back. The ramen might be good enough for the area, but just not me.

Kuma Ramen is a place one must try if your in the McKinney area, and want something off the beat and path. The food was good and I felt it was on the healthier side. In addition, the presentation was spectacular. The food came quickly even though it was pretty packed during my visit. As a special bonus the prices were very reasonable.

The ramen was ok but not great. The soup was warm, not hot. It had ground pork in it instead of braised pork which I’m used to. Not enough fresh veggies, and too much corn. I ordered spicy ramen, but it was not very spicy. The egg was not marinated at all. The noodles however had a good texture and the flavor was pretty good. There was a horrible sewage type smell throughout the place which is also unfortunate as I think it made the meal seem to taste worse. Overall not worth going back.

All the food came out exceptionally hot and fresh! The Lemon pepper edamame was buttery and flavorful! The ramen was good but not great. The noodles were more al dente than I would have liked, but i would definitely return and order it again.
