My favorite go to spot for coffee! It’s right near my house, which makes it super convenient when I’m on the go. I’m a regular here, and Linda the manager is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and always so friendly! She even knows my order I’m a simple gal with my medium TT She brings such good vibes and positive energy every time I come in. Great service, great atmosphere, and always a great start to my day!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a large coffee with 2 milks. When I get to the window they took my card and took my payment then they tried giving me a blueberry muffin. I told them I did not order nor want the muffin. Then they asked what I ordered and I told them large coffee two milks. They handed me a medium double double and said this is what they had. I got overwhelmed and drove off. Then realized I was charged over five dollars for a medium double double and muffin which I did not even take. I had to go back inside and get a refund for the muffin but they would not correct my coffee. I will never come to this time hortons again

If they had a choice for no stars I would give it 0 stars. The “manager’ girl have such a stink ugly attitude it’s ridiculous. There’s so many bad reviews about this girl and this location why don’t you guys do any corrective action? This location is horrible. Ya’ll need more English speaking and English understanding employees or the employees that’s there now is going to keep getting yelled at. Yall need to do better. **A new updated review. The manager proved my point this morning. I simply went there for a coffee, 2 hash browns and a donut. Ever since I wrote this review I’ve been back multiple times with no issues. But this morning was absolutely horrible. I went inside to get the items. I said good morning to kuldeep the baker that works there like I always do every time I see him there. Once it was my time to order I said Good morning to the manager that took my order. She had a very mean mug on her face like she was upset about something, but that didn’t stop me from being pleasant and saying good morning to her after she said “Hi”. Once I place my order I was paying and she literally said “ I don’t appreciate the comment you made”. At first I was really confused and didn’t know what she was talking about because I don’t even know this little girl, and I’ve been coming there almost everyday just placing my order and leaving through the drive thru. She said it again and I said “are you talking about the review online?” She said “yes”. Hahaha is this real life? Why would a MANAGER confront a customer that’s literally just minding her business getting her coffee about a online review that I AM ENTITLED TO HAVE! Whether it’s good or bad no one should ever confront a customer at a establishment. Then after that, she said I am no longer allowed to be served there because of my bad review. I didn’t say nothing wrong in my review. I simply said she has a “ugly stink attitude” and she just proved my point. She literally just proved that my review is correct!!!! I just got off the phone with corporate I am taking this to the highest! I don’t care how long it takes! I am posting on all of my social media about this location and manager. It is illegal for an establishment to ban a customer over posting a bad review online. I did not say anything threatening nor shaming. She don’t know what she just opened up because I am a Karen when it comes to something that’s not right. This is totally wrong and some corrective action needs to be done asap! And the worst part of it all SHE IS THE MANAGER! Aren’t you supposed to be pleasant and have a great attitude working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. She shouldn’t be there if she can’t take online reviews and think she can confront customers out of the blue over a review.

We did not have the greatest experience at this location just now. We ordered at the drive thru, then after receiving our drink we were told to go wait in the front parking lot for the rest of the order. We did, and when they came out they only had a part of the order – and it was wrong (wrong bagel and cream cheese).
I went inside to let them know, and this is where they told me they didn’t have the type of bagel or the muffin we had ordered. They hadn’t told us so we would not have known otherwise.
I think some additional customer service training would be helpful for this location.

Linda is the best Tim Hortons manager I have ever experienced! She goes above and behind the call of duty to get your coffee and food correct! Her and the team were very polite and joyful to serve the best coffee around. Only going to this location going forward.

I’m a regular customer of the Genesee Street locaton. I’m always greeted by all of the staff with professionalism and kindness! Even when it’s busy I get my morning coffee and breakfast fast and the food is perfection here.
The manager Linda is wonderful and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are completely happy! Definitely a team leader and it shows by her awesome staff who all make me feel like family! It’s 100% my favorite Tim Hortons!

I love this Tim Hortons on the corner of Harlem and Genesee the workers are so welcoming and friendly especially the manager she is on top of her game and the food is always hot and delicious she pays attention to detail and my Carmel latte is always made with love!!!!

Why is it this location the employees cannot seem to take the correct order or give you the correct items you order???? I ordered just a large cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso, a large coffee 4 cream 2 sugar, bacon cheese egg bites, an egg cheese and sausage on a croissant, and 1 vanilla cream doughnut. Simple order you would think! It took the girl 3 times to understand just a cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso. Got home and they had this in my bag. Then I call and the guy who answered said well, did you get a receipt. No your cashier never gave me one. Look I just want the food I paid $18.45 for. I’m not looking to get diabetes first thing after a workout. Can we please pay attention more???
