Person left the store at 4:11. Shows possibility of person having another delivery in the same area. I live 7 minutes away. Every time we order from this store. It takes about 40 ish minutes and the order is either wrong or cold.
Update: this place is still horrific and now makes a point to avoid adding toppings. Used a 2 medium 3 topping pizza and 16 piece coupon. Look at these pizzas and tell me this is what you expect from a 3 topping pizza???? Pepperoni, ham, bacon and pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple. Do better.

Multiple times I’ve order pizza for curbside. Pizza was ready for over 5 min according to app and no one brought it out. The worst part of it, I gave them a tip on the app thinking I would receive good service. I DIDN’T. Tip for people, DONT PRE TIP. They need to hire more people or DONT OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP if you won’t deliver it curbside.

Got pizza on Valentine’s day and it was really nice seeing all the staff pep talking each other.
Didn’t realize how busy it would be, but they had 7 or so people on staff (usually 4) and were clearly all working hard.
It may be budget pizza, but it was so nice seeing them all trying to keep a friendly and positive attitude with each other under stress.

Today I attended a card event and was pleasantly surprised to see a Domino’s pop-up tent! Such a convenient and smart idea — it really stood out and added to the event. The pizza was warm, fresh, and delicious, exactly what you’d hope for when you grab a quick bite.
I also had the chance to speak with Dominique, one of the employees, who mentioned that this pop-up concept is something new they just started trying out. Honestly, I think it’s a fantastic idea and something Domino’s should do more often at local events. It makes grabbing food super easy without having to leave the venue.
If you’re planning an event, I’d definitely recommend looking into having a Domino’s pop-up — it’s convenient, tasty, and a big hit with the crowd.

Last night I ordered a few pizzas. It took over an hour to get them. 45 minutes seems to be average and I’m ok with that, what I’m not ok with is that they delivered the pizza to the wrong house!! A block over. Not the same street just a different number. Different street different numbers. The man who it was delivered to is actually the one who brought it to my house, not the delivery driver who I per tipped. I got no phone call informing me there had been a mixup, no contact with an employee at all. That’s the last time they will get my money.

3 means it’s just ok. I used them now 3 times. When it’s busy there their timeliness struggled, each time I picked up and once in a delivery. The delivery was way beyond 90 minutes to my door and the pizza was like warm after another 10 min in my oven…. Because I have experienced quite a few really good pizzas over the years. The ABSOLUTE BEST FROM MILPITAS, CA (SouthSFBay)@ DIXON LANDING & MILPITAS BLVD. That store gets pizza delivery. I’m sure to try another one nearby Rancho Cordova,CA.

So, I actually have been ordering from the Domino’s for years. And I don’t know what happened if there’s a different owner or what’s going on, but the quality of the food and the delivery has dropped drastically.
Food: Man the crust on the pizza is always been my favorite is so good, that is still the same. My problem is I order light sauce all the time and I swear I got it maybe twice. It’s not a deal-breaker but it is an error that keeps happening.
Delivery: OMG I don’t even want to get started on this one because I order my food early a lot of the time, and for a later delivery time, the earliest you can order a delivery time for a later time is an hour or more. So depending on when you order or what time you order it for, they have at least minimum an hour to get your pizza ready and have it what ready for delivery. Plenty of time to coordinate deliveries whatever. Instead, lately I’ll order my delivery for 12:00 and they’ll come bring my pizza like around 12:45! What the hell was the point of ordering it early for delivery at 12:00 if you get it at 12:45.
Sadly this has happened many times and the worst part about it is the only thing they give you for recompense is a automated free medium to topping pizza.
Which the first couple of times I didn’t mind on top of the fact that when you had a medium free pizza that they owed you you could get it if you just paid a simple delivery charge you wouldn’t have to pay for the pizza but you have to pay for delivery. Now there’s a minimum amount you have to buy so if they screw up you get a free pizza you still have to buy something extra on top of the delivery charge just to get your free pizza unless you’re going to go pick it up. Garbage.
Lastly since this particular Domino store is a franchise you can’t call the corporate office and get any kind of service or help for any kind of grievances you have.
Basically if you love Domino’s get Dominoes it’s great I still get it, sadly I have to get it from this store, but if you can try not to get it from this store it’s horrible!

Amazing in everyway especially the pizza itself the woman saw me stressing since I was on my lunch break and knew I waited quite a while and really made sure to make a high quality pie. Hot food made fresh! ALWAYS use coupons on the dominos app! Amazing savings. Kind of pricey if not using the coupons. Love their garlic butter crust. Always steaming hot at pick up.
