Working alone can be overwhelming… yesterday I patiently waited in line with no frustration the young lady was kind friendly and helpful… I asked her for her name and with a smile she replied “Shay”… pleasant experience. And my sandwich was made just the way I like it!!!

Dining with kids is not so easy, but at this Subway location I wanted to give a try.
Sandwiches were very delicious and because of the kindness of the staff I felt comfortable and my kids too.

Giving 5 stars for Xzonna who was working by herself today. She did the best she could to keep the line moving which was very long, on top of making mobile orders. Management, you need to do better. There is no way this young lady should be working by herself.

Let me start by saying the Manager there is always there no matter the time I go in… she greets everyone as soon as they come thru the door, I’ve seen her struggle with a smile on her face when she is on her own and has a long line she ensures everyone has a great experience and the food let me tell ya’ll I asked her one day to make me her fav sub her way and ever since then it’s all I eat. This woman deserves her own franchise or at least more money because she goes above and beyond for everyone that comes thru the door… I am terrible with names and I apologize today out of all days I was rushing and she cater like any other day she was doing something in the back and saw me and created me and ensure I got everything I wanted… she informed me she had just restock with freshly cut meat and Omg when I say the sub today excel my expectations I had to tell the world! I don’t usually write reviews but she deserves more than this and I hope her managers and even the corporate team sees this! A young lady named Xanna (I think that’s how it’s spelled) is very polite and friendly and helpful. She is fast and couldn’t be more pleasant. I was relieved to go to a Subway that made me feel like they actually wanted me there. Unlike the lady at the Subway near Winn Dixie. She was nasty and rude and didn’t know how to work the card machine then blamed it on me cause she didn’t “reset it” smh. She had dark hair, glasses and was short and kinda heavy set. With a lip piercing hole in her face. I’ll never give that particular store by hard earned money or business EVER again. Thank you Xanna for a lovely experience. You should be manager instead of her!

Placed an order online for pickup. Had my husband go to pick up the food at the time they said it would be ready. When he arrived he was informed that they didn’t have enough turkey to make my sandwich (footlong) let alone a 6inch sub. I should have been contacted and told about the problem it I was not. On the app it said my order had been comply and I was also charged for the order. I tried to contact the store several times on the phone and no one answered. Terrible customer service and terrible communication!
