I was very disappointed in just the overall experience there were no plates no cups there was no military discount. There is no Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper. I really went into this place wanting to give them a really good review when I left this place after I left and ate the food in the shared patio seating area for all businesses that are in that area. I had started writing a review and I was going to give them one star all the way across, but I decided to bless them and leave them three star.
The pizza felt like it was a lot of bread with very little sauce and very little cheese. Most of the kids did not eat it. My daughter specifically said that it tasted like an expired snack that she had.
The boneless wings were very good. Everybody ate those. They all gobble them down the jumbo fried shrimp, same deal everybody ate those gobble those down the breadsticks everybody ate those gobble those down.
Also, there was nowhere to sit down. Other than the shared patio area that is common use for all the businesses that are in that little miniature drive up mall ;There was no restroom. They had limited options for drinks the one plus side They did actually have 2 L so that was good.

We pre ordered a couple of days before because it was Superbowl Sunday. Had a 5 pm pickup time. We got to the store and it was packed and chaotic. Everyone was picking up orders they placed that day. The staff was overwhelmed but anyone who came to the counter kept there composure and tried to help as much as they could. My 5pm pickup order became a 5:35 pickup order. It didn’t bother me, because I knew the staff were all hustling and working in the back.i usually dont leave a tip for a pickup order, but that staff deserved it. It wasn’t much, but their efforts were appreciated. All of the people, probably about 20 people, were totally understanding and cooperative. It was great to see. That staff deserves a lot more than a tip. They worked their butts off with the best customer service they could give. Great job to them

The pizza is usually fresh when you buy by the Slice. It’s a bit pricey but the Slice is huge and come with a can of pop wich is awesome . I’m always on the run. I have to take time to explore some more items on the menu. So far flavor is consistent . Yes I would come back and try more food.

Order was placed 02/20 at 17:39 and was told 30 minutes. I finally received my order at 18:30 (20 minutes late). It wasn’t just my order that was slow on getting completed, there were plenty of others waiting. I understand you get busy, just tell me a reasonably accurate estimate so I don’t have to wait in a cramped foyer with a bunch of others.
Pizza is overpriced; $51.76 for a 3 item 20″ pizza is ridiculous. Price would be justified if taste were there, but it wasn’t. Skimpy on the pepperoni (also prefer pepperoni on top of the cheese).
Wings are too small for the price ($20 for 12). I don’t mind paying when the quality justifies the price. Sweet red chili sauce lacks flavor, won’t be ordering that again
There was nothing special about caesar salad, just a regular salad with oil caesar dressing. Want to make it worth the price? Add some shaved parm to it. Make it look like a real caesar.

I thought Rosati’s stood for quality, at least they used to. This was meant to be a treat, turned out to be an overpriced average meal. Disappointing all-around.

Have been ordering from Rosatti’s for years and never had an issue with the staff or food. Food arrives on time and nice and hot. My favorite dishes from the menu are the mango habanero wings and their thin crust pizza (sausage and jalapeños).

I was very disappointed with the $35 cost of my 10 inch pizza when the price in the flyer showed a price of $15. When I ordered the pizza on the phone they kept mentioning the added vegetables but didn’t mention the additional cost of each item. They did not mention the total cost on the phone or I wouldn’t have ordered all the original vegetables. I will never return and will not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Greetings! This is my second time visiting this location the first time I visited it was about month and a half two months ago and I always get the big one slice pizza with the combo drink and the pizza was pretty decent nice amount of sausages. I visited today 10:21/2025 and my experience was not too grandioso it was less sausage my slice of pizza cheese and sausage was very doughy and customer service could have been a little bit critique. Will I go back to this location probably not soon I normally don’t go on here to make comments but I wasn’t quite satisfied much as the first time which I did call and it wasn’t offered to get the combo that came with a salad I didn’t mind to pay extra $2 for the $9 deal. I appreciate businesses but it’s customer service and it’s finest thank you I still ate the pizza because I didn’t want to waste it and I paid my money for it.

Ordered online. Process was easy. Ordered a half Italian beef with giardinera peppers, and half pepperoni. Extra thin crust. IT WAS DELICIOUS! actually one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had in a while. Perfectly cooked and just enough spices.
