Since when cant you buy a giant and ask for half and half on different toppings? Was told today I couldn’t get a giant with no lettuce and tomatoes on half- because I’d have to buy two separate sandwhiches and get charged for two. Guess I’ll be going to subway for now on- the have no problem accommodating this for their clients on their footlong.

My order taker was Chase. First of all, he asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich without telling me that it was an upcharge. When I got to the window in the drive thru, I asked if they could please cut my sandwich in half. I even heard the person I asked tell somebody else to cut it in half. Then someone different handed me my sandwich and I asked again if it was cut in half and she said, “it should be.” It was NOT. I am very irritated because this ruined my day as I am on my break at work and wanted to save half the sandwich for later. Instead I had to eyeball how much to leave. I wonder if it was an upcharge to cut it in half as well…

We used to pop in from time to time. However, the customer service at this location has gone down. What’s the point in points if they don’t ask for them or allow you to use them. If a complaint is voiced, you will get an attitude from the workers. Especially the lady at the window. 2 thumbs down. We still enjoy the commercials.
