I came here for happy hour on Friday and had a great time. It was packed and the service was good. To drink, I had two Pisco Sour and they were delicious. To eat, we tried the pulpo estirado, anticuchos de filet mignon and conchas parmesana. The pulpo was tasty but the salad that it came with was my favorite. The filet mignon was good but I’ve had better. The seasoning of the conchas parmesana was delicious. The happy hour dishes are on the smaller side, so if you are hungry or going with a big group, multiple plates should be ordered. The ambiance was good despite it being full. However, after happy hour, it was not as full. This is a great spot for happy hour but I would just recommend going early to be able to get a spot at the bar.

Our server Julio was outstanding. Hr was knowledgeable and accommodating.

The food was excellent even on a obviously busy Saturday night in Coral Gables.

Don’t get frightened if you look at our price per person lol. We are big eaters.

Well done Julio and Ceviche 105. Fantastic job tonight.

One does not simply “pop in” to CVI.CHE 105 at the mall; one enters a vibrant, neon-lit fever dream of Peruvian gastronomy. If you find yourself navigating the labyrinth of Aventura or Dadeland, this is the definitive sanctuary for those who prefer their raw fish with a side of theatrical flair.
Here is my assessment for the discerning diner:
The Ambience
The décor is, shall we say, “unapologetically bold.” Imagine a sophisticated jungle had a brief, intense affair with a high-end discotheque. It is loud, it is bustling, and it is drenched in a certain Miami joie de vivre that makes one feel remarkably alive, if perhaps a trifle over-stimulated.
The Gastronomy
The menu is a veritable tome of Peruvian delights. I suggest you focus your attention on the following:
• The Ceviches: Truly the stars of the show. The Ceviche Ganador is a triumph—fresh, zingy, and possessed of a leche de tigre that provides a rather magnificent wake-up call to the palate.
• Lomo Saltado: For those who require something more grounded, the stir-fried beef is exceptionally tender, though the inclusion of French fries always strikes me as a delightfully chaotic bit of culinary fusion.
• The Pisco Sour: Be warned, they go down with dangerous ease. One is refreshing; two, and you’ll be buying a new wardrobe at the mall with reckless abandon.
The Service
The staff are efficient, though they do have a certain… enthusiasm for upselling. They will suggest the “special” seafood platter with the confidence of a man selling you a Bentley. Firm but polite boundaries are required unless you wish to leave with a bill that rivals the national debt of a small island nation.
The Verdict
Final Thoughts: It is loud, it is pricey, and the portions are unnecessarily large—which is to say, it is perfectly Miami. I shall certainly return, though perhaps with earplugs and a more robust credit limit.

We came to dinner on a random night and it was so good. The waitress, Leidy was excellent. Great attitude and very knowledgeable of everything on menu. The food was so good! We had a Causa Traviesq appetizer and it was full of flavor. Their drinks were top notch. From the sangria, Chan Chan and Chopolitano were perfect. The chocolate cake wasn’t all that for our liking. Ambiance over all was really nice. Would definitely recommend this place. We shared the above and it was plenty.

I came here for the first time on a Friday for lunch. We were a group of 6 ladies. We arrived at noon. They had just opened, and immediately sat us.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated. It’s very warm, inviting, comfortable, well lit, and attractive. The seats were a little low. We doubled up on our seat cushions so that we wouldn’t feel like the table was at our chins.

The menu is quite large. It was hard to decide what to get. I wasn’t too hungry so I settled on the two pieces of scallop nigiri and the arugula salad. The sushi was SO good! Very tender! Very well made and delicious! My salad didn’t have any dressing on it, so it was kind of dry. It had some dots on the plate which I used to try and make it more appetizing.
My friend got the tacos and loved them! She ate every bite. Another friend got the sea bass and also loved it. Her plate was a little larger so she had leftovers. Another friend got the salmon and avocado roll and she said that the salmon melted in her mouth! Easy to say that the food is amazing!

The service was good. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful.

I think the prices are a little high. For my salad and two pieces of sushi my bill was $40. Most of the ceviches were from $25-$55! We didn’t drink any alcohol, just some ice teas, or juice. It’s a nice place, and it’s unique, but there are a TON of ceviche places and sushi places that are a fraction of the cost. I probably won’t be back for that reason.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10 if I could!)
From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a meal this good at a restaurant — and felt amazing afterward! Everything was perfection — the service, the atmosphere, the drinks, and the food. If I could give 1,000 stars, I absolutely would.

A special shout-out to Javier, who was incredibly attentive and made our night unforgettable. It’s been years since we’ve had service this good. We’re already planning to come back soon and can’t wait to bring our family next time!

Highly recommend — this spot is a true gem

I’ve heard a lot about this place and finally gave in. Claudia was a spectacular waitress! Very attentive and charismatic. Drinks, apps, food. All delicious! The menu is creative. A lot of different blends of a variety of foods. Nice vibe outdoors with a breeze and background music. Would definitely come again.

Delicious food! We loved everything we tried.

The arroz chaufa was so good — we added steak to the seafood fried rice. Definitely recommend.

The lomo saltado was another favorite: tender chunks of tenderloin, crispy fries, and a savory sauce with tomatoes and onions.

And the ceviche — the best dish of our meal. We ordered the one with white fish, octopus, and fried calamari, and all agreed it’s the best ceviche we’ve ever had.

Overall, a great dining experience in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Miami.
