We had the 3 course prefix meal, and it was amazing! We started with the carrot soup with goat cheese marshmallows, which was delicious. Next, my wife had the gruyere and jamon iberico souffle, while I had the crab meat souffle. They were both very tasty! Finally, we both finished the meal with the banana foster souffle, which was seasonal. It was so good! Highly recommend coming here before that seasonal souffle goes off the menu, it was that good! Bread service was good too! Perfect for sopping the soup!

Had a nice night at Rise. We started with the marshmallow soup, annd the French onion soup followed by the ham and cheese and the sun dried tomato and pesto soufflés. All were very good. I had never had a soufflé before so it was new to me. They aren’t really my vibe but they also have other things on the menu for those that don’t wanna eat a soufflé. My wife loved them both. The soups were amazing and the whole interior of the restaurant is very nice. Next time I’ll get the steak or sandwich to go with her soufflé. Will come back again. The service was great and the prices are fair.

Wow. What a great dining experience. We came on a Tuesday evening, not many guests. Our server Sophia was wonderful and attentive. Decor and overall atmosphere was great.
We began with the red wine and bubbles flights. Great way to taste a few different varieties. For appetizers, we ordered the cheese plate, french onion soup, and ‘Marshmellow’ Soup. The Charcuterie board wasn’t huge, but the cheeses were tasty. The French onion soup was a tad salty, but still very delicious! The marshmallow (actually goat cheese) soup was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Such good flavor, must try when dining here. Goat cheese is not my go-to, but it was still one of the best soups I’ve ever had.
For the mains, we ordered filet mignon, crab soufflé, herb & sausage soufflé, and a monthly special avocado shrimp ceviche soufflé. The herb & sausage was good, but kind of boring. The steak was seasoned perfectly and the butter sauce and vegetables that accompanied it were delicious. The crab soufflé was soft and tasty. The shrimp and avocado soufflé was presented so beautifully and tasted as good as it looked!
For dessert, we had both the chocolate and pistachio soufflé. The chocolate was not too sweet and so delicious. The pistachio soufflé was light and absolutely divine.
Overall the only dish I wouldn’t recommend is the herb & sausage soufflé. Every other item we tried was amazing. This restaurant is so unique and the staff were so sweet. They have happy hour M-F 3-6!! GO TRY THIS SPOT!!

We had the best tomatoe soup here- it had goat cheese “marshmallow” and the flavor was delicious! We also tried the sun-dried tomato, southwest chicken and smoked salmon soufflé and loved them all. For dessert. The chocolate and seasonal banana foster soufflé was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Somehow we managed to eat all the food! Also the complimentary bread and butter was a nice touch! Cannot wait to be back!
